Made our Travel GREAT with That Luxury Van Rental

We traveled to central Florida visiting Disney World in Orlando and Miami Florida.

We rented our ground transportation from several places before but nothing was like the good experience we had with Image in Orlando and South Florida.

Good for Senior Group Travel / The Van Rental was Great

This past winter brake we rented three 15 passenger vans from Image Rent A Car in Florida.

I would just like to thank the guys that work there for all there help and for being so nice.

They even delivered the vans to the FLL and MIA Airport terminal and they picked up the three vans from Fountain Blue hotel in miami beach.

We are looking forward to this coming easter vacation and building a long relationship with the folks at Image rent a car in South Florida Miami Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando Florida. They provided us with new, clean vans.

They offered us a great rate for the winter vacation rental on the vans. They even came and helped us change a flat tire. All in all i would rank them among the best rental agency's in South Florida and New York.

Let me just start out by saying Thank you Image Van Rental!! I am from Baltimore and myself and 4 buddies and our dads wanted to make a trip to Ft. Lauderdale to see our beloved Orioles during spring training. We knew we needed a van to carry all of our luggage plus various baseball equipment etc around to and from each game. Our experience with Image Van Rental was great from the beginning. The van worked well for a group our size, and was very affordable. (left us more $ for souvenirs!) The customer service was also very top of the line. They were very polite and helpful every time we spoke whether it was to inquire about pricing, confirm our reservation or at drop-off time. I plan to use Image Van Rental for our annual baseball trips every time!

great company to deal with!!

I want to congratulate Image Van Rentals on a job well done. My son?s soccer team recently played in a tournament in Ft. Lauderdale. I am one of the team mothers and was in charge of helping to make the travel arrangements. We had to have a van large enough to comfortably seat the entire team, plus coach and chaperones and Image Van Rental was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were very professional and courteous and helped me decide on the best choice for my needs. Upon arrival, the van was promptly ready and very clean. The return process was just as easy. I want to thank Image Van Rentals for a job well done. I will be using them for any future tournament we have. Great job!!

Great all the way around!!

My girlfriends and I just came back from a weeklong trip to Ft Lauderdale. Since there were so many of us, we needed an inexpensive place to rent a reliable van. Image Rent a Car fit the bill perfectly. We had done a Internet search to compare prices, availability and features, and Image Rent a Car came out on top in all 3 of those areas. We wanted something spacious enough to hold all of our luggage, and us but also at the same time something that was ?fun?. When I described our needs to the representative, she gave us 3 choices that were all in our price range. Once we got to the airport and saw the van, we were not disappointed; as it was just as the representative had described to us-oh and very clean too!! I will definitely use Image Rent a Car again, and I know they all will too!!!!

Best rental company for Ft. Lauderdale

Image rent a car has always been there for me. A few friends and I wanted to take a trip to the beach in south Florida but needed a big car since our cars wouldn?t hold much. We looked on the internet to try to find a cheap and reliable rental company when we came across image rent a car. We were surprised by the selection they had including conversion vans which came with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a cd player, also they have just regular 15 passenger vans. We decided that going to the beach we needed something that would stand out and hold all of our things that we were taking. So we all agreed on the conversion van. This company even delivered the van to our house so we could leave our cars at the house. I don?t know of any rental companies that would do this amazing service. When we got to the beach lots of people liked our van and asked where we had got it and we were telling everyone about Image rent a car and giving high recommendations for it.

If your A band you need to rent sprinter from IMAGE!!

Hey my name is Andrew I'm a road manager for bands that travel from Europe. I usually just book one shot shows but recently I had a band who came to the US for a tour in 10 states. They are an up and coming band so money wise they didn't have alot to work with. I dealt with Jose at there JFK airport location and gave him an itinerary of our tour. Jose rented us a Dodge sprinter and a 9 passenger luxury van. which was perfect we were able to pack all are band equipment in this vehicle as well as carry passengers and with there luxury vans we were able to tour and sleep comfortable. Also he made it accessible for us to return one vehicle to Orlando airport and the other to Miami Int. They were very accommodating and it didn't break our pockets very affordable. Thank you Image and thank you Jose for all your help.

• Pros: They were able to accomidate us last minute cause we just popped in to there office.

Great Customer Service/Gran servicio al cliente

Me dieron una recogida de cortesia en mi casa y fui saludado amablemente cuando entre en la puerta principal de la instalacion. El proseso era facil y rapido y ningunas preguntas innecesarias fueron hechas, haciendo para una transaccion rapida. El coche estaba en la condicion muy agradable y limpio. Para devolver el coche, yo fui dirigido por mi nombre y dado otra cortesia librada. Todo era agradable y fue muy suavemente. Usted solo no puede encontrar nada mejor que esto. Yo siempre escohere a Image Rent A Car para mi.

Some Very Happy Customers!!!

I just wanted to express my gratitude towards Image Rent a Car and their incredible staff, who we had the pleasure of renting from them last week. Originally we had reserved to rent a 15 passenger van for the day to transport our group from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale Sea Port, but due to some circumstanes that had surfaced, a few members of our group were unable make it. Thankfully, Image let us change our reservation and downgrade the size of our van to a 12 person vehicle instead without and problems whatsoever, not to mention without any fees or charges. The Dodge Sprinter that we opted for came with some excellent extras such as the built in tv/dvd, which helped make the drive down even more enjoyable, and Image even let us drop the van off in Fort Lauderdale at the Sea Port itself, instead of having to drive all the way back to Orlando. Thank you Image, we'll recommend you to everyone!

Extraordinary Service with Their CurbSide Delivery of the Large Van Rentals

We reserved 4 15 Persons vans for our Miami Tournament travel with IMAGE.

The 4 full size vans and 1 Dodge Sprinter 12 Passenger Van were waiting for us at the MIA International Airport terminal where we just load the dodge sprinter van with our packages and went our to our Intercontinental hotel in downtown Miami.

The return process was Just as easy.

The drivers were waiting for us at the airport where they collected the vans and we went in to check in.

Image did Fabulous Job with our Sport Team.We will Definitely use IMAGE Van Rentals Again 954-567-8994
