I have been a follower of Pilates for more than a decade and have taken classes from a dozen different instructors. For me, Pilates is not a nice to do, but a necessity because of my physical challenges. Pure Pilates suits me perfectly. The work out is hard, but never too hard. The encouragement is motivating and never shallow. The coaching is clear and never patronizing. If you are serious about your physical fitness, you won't find a better studio. I feel lucky to have found it.

Pros: Instructional quality, ambiance, professionalism, knowledge

Cons: no 7 am classes
