Where has this spa been!

Where did it come from? My husband bought me a gift certificate for Mothers Day. Went with my friend Ellen, this place is extremely pleasing and delightful. While waiting for our services, we were treated like Queens. A tall good looking gentleman in a suit approached us while we were sitting in the cafe which was closed that day, he asked if we wanted some tea or coffee, we said sure. Can you believe, he came back in 5 minutes with 2 steamy delicious cups of coffee. I asked if he does this for everyone, he said of course, "Thats the Red Door Service we want you to expect".
My pedicure and massge were great, we sat by the pool and relaxed, took a steam, and a jacuzzi in the locker room, and then were checking out and I asked who the tall gentleman in the suit was, the very professional gal at the desk said "oh that must be our Sales and Marketing Director Russ"
This spa is very well run, its clean, comfortable and very very relaxing. The people and atmosphere are pleasing and very attentive. I would recommend it highly.
We then walked around the hotel a bit and its incredable, I didnt even know that it was now a Hyatt. Gorgeous!
- Pros: service, atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism
- Cons: none, except the cafe is closed on Monday
Great facial and massage

Arrived a few minutes early and was given a great cup of fresh made coffee. We were shown the locker room and I thought I was going to die, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, everything. Massage was great and very relaxing. We had lunch at their cafe and was very happy with it. The food was great, it was delicious and low fat. We then spent 30 minutes at the pool, wow. Then we went in for facials and it was just great, I had mine done with Prevage, and it was so relaxing. Great Spa, we met a woman who was staying there in the hotel and she was at the spa for 3 days in a row, she loved it.
- Pros: parking, ambience, great food great service good staff

This place is a slice of heaven, almost as good as cheese cake, took my wife for a 1/2 day, we both had massages, she had a facial, and a haircut, I got a sports manicure, the tech are just so profesional.
We had lunch at the Spa Cafe while sitting at the pool, unreal its like being in Bali.
We both worked out in the gym which was all state of the art equip. We bought gift certificates for friends getting married, and even the girls at the front desk were great and very helpful.
- Pros: everything was really first class, well worth the money
- Cons: it rained for 2 minutes, this place rocks
