WORST SPA EVER, BAD SERVICE, AWEFUL MANAGER

I had a ver important night at the hard rock hotel, so i figured the spa will be pretty good, THEY DONT HAVE A MAKE-UP STATION, they put on the side (SO LOW CLASS) and start doing my make up, the supposed to be make-up artist is not even fom them, didnt even used good make up products and THE RESULTS WHERE AWEFUL.... and top of that they Force you to pay the tip, AND THEY CHARGED my CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION NOT EVEN MY SIGNATURE ON THE VOUCHER.... SO DISSAPOINTED.....

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN THE WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! My friend and I had appointments there in January. It was her wedding day and I was a bridesmaid. Needless to say they were running over TWO HOURS behind and we were an hour late to the wedding!! On top of that, they were so rushed because they were running so far behind schedule that our hair and her makeup turned out horrible! I actually had someone at the wedding tell me my hair looked like a bird's nest and the bride looked like a clown because of the terrible makeup artist. The hair stylist did my hair in 15 minutes and charged me almost $100 for something like looked like garbage but they did not have time to fix anything so I had to leave it like it was. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SO MUCH AS OFFER AN APOLOGY TO THE BRIDE FOR MAKING HER LATE TO HER WEDDING! And they automatically charge a 20% gratuity! Absolutely the worst experience I have every had! AVOID!!

bad service and management

My husban bought me a gift certificate, I had Facial (which was good). a manicure Pedicure ( massage chairs did not work ) and had my eyebrows done. They burned my eyebrows and then tried to say it was my fault for doing a pealing at the same time(when the same lady did both). Manager suggested that I paid for another one in 2 weeks and if still had the same problem they would refund both services. I told him I was not satisfied and he did not care. NEVER WOULD GO BACK, I had burnt marks for a week on below my eyebrows.

AWESOME SPA

I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with this spa. I have visited on four different occassions, each with a different therapist and ALL of them were EXCELLENT. My first time I did the turkish bath. That my friend is where I fell in love. I have been back 3 other times and have expanded myself to the heavenly journey (which excellently describes the package). I can't wait to go back....which will be very soon!!!!! I just can't understand anyone having a bad experience although I have never utilized the mani/pedi or hair salon. When I go my family hits the slots and I spend the day at the spa. Maybe because I am one person and I go there with no hurries and an "enjoy every second" attitude. I live over 4 hours away and I am constantly figuring a way to get back that way for the day just so they can "melt" away all my stresses!!!!! GREAT PLACE, GREAT PRICES, GREAT THERAPISTS!!!!!

Overpriced. Avoid it and go somewhere else

I was there recently for my sister's Bachelorette's outing. We booked appointments for 4 and when we got there, the appointment was for 1. They fixed everything, but it was a bad first impression. It was very disorganized there and we had a comp lunch, but they forgot about it and made us wait while they gather up the food. That took time away from our services. We sign up for massages (it was great), manicures, and pedicures. The massages was good, but the manicures and pedicures was so poorly done!!! I have gotten my nails and toes done elsewhere and it was twice as cheap and twice as nice. All of their manicurist/pedicurist only have about 15 polish colors!!! They cannot have other colors because its not allowed. I was looking for some purple or greens, but they only have reds, oranges, pinks...I've never been to a salon that restrict colors. I will not go there again because I did not have a relaxing time and it was so chaotic and not worth it. I say save your money for food and go to outside salons...u'll get more for your buck.

Awsome facials

I've been to both locations, and loved them both. The service was great and my hair came out amazingly beautiful. Though the Plantation location is bigger, they're customer service skills were not any less caring and comforting! I had the best facial at the Hard Rock location. i haven't had a chance to have one at Plantation but I'm sure they're estheticians are just as qualified. I have to admit, I've heard from many different people who have had facials in other spas, and they're skin came out red, blotchy, and they couldn't go out the next day. I had the facial done at around 6 p.m. and went home got changed and went out that same night. My face looked radiant, clean, I felt great. I got compliments from everyone that night. It was amazing! I absolutely recommend this place!!

Unbelievable what one day can do!!!

I recieved a gift card from my girlfriend for a deep tissue sports massage and hammam body treatment for my birthday last year to the contour spa at the seminole hard rock. I hadn;t gotten around to using it and completely forgot about it until found the gift card while recently moving. If anyone of you has moved, you know how stressful it can be. anyhow, I made an appointment and went in to have the services done. I came out of the Spa feeling like a new man. That is the best way I can describe it. The Sports Massage was exceptionaly good! I will defenitly be back. I will probably try their other location in Plantation next time. I hear that it's amazing.

UPSACALE SPA

I WENT TO THIS SPA AND THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE AND THAT THE SERVICES WHERE GOING TO NOT BE PLEASING BUT I WAS WRONG I LOVED IT IT WAS CHEAPER HERE THAN THOSE HOTEL SPA IN LAS VEGAS I GOT A MASSAGE AND A MICRO FACIAL AND LOVED ALL THE SERVICES I GOT WHAT I DIDNT LOVE WAS LEAVING THERE AND LOSING 200 DOLLARS IN GAMBLING AT THE CASINO

To Over Price

The looks of the salon/spa are beautiful, but is way over price. I have been going to my normal salon for many years and love it. I was given a gift card for Countour and was not impressed one bit with there service or work. I have been a hairdresser for 8 years and and could have done a better job doing my highlights myself. They rush their clients. The spa part was great.
