Watch your pie bake in a wood-fired oven at this national chain with global culinary influences.

In Short
Founded in Beverly Hills in 1985, these eateries with the trademark yellow, black and white color scheme have spread nationwide. The decor consists of simple wood and glass with roomy black leather booths. The thin-crust pizzas come with innovative toppings from Asia, Latin America and the Southwest; signature pizzas like the Original BBQ Chicken and Jamaican Jerk Chicken compete with old standbys like pepperoni and traditional cheese. Pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches round out the menu.
You might as well just get your local grocers frozen pizza. It's better.

Wow, that was bad! If you want a dry over priced pizza (I think it was), go to this place. Oh, service.....what service?
PIZZA?!?!?! HAVE YOU EVER HAD A PIZZA?

AS SOON AS THIS PLACE OPENED IN CORAL GABLES I WENT... I'M A PIZZA LOVER... I SAW THE BRICK OVEN AND I WAS HAPPY... I ORDERD AN APPETIZER, LIKE AN AVOCADO ROLL AND IT WASN'T BAD. WHEN MY PIZZA ARRIVED... I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE KIDDING ME. VERY HARD TU CUT, VERY CHEWY LIKE A PIZZA FLAVOUR CHEWING GUM, THE TOMATO WAS ACID AND THE MOZZARELLA WAS NOT MOZZARELLA.
IF YOU GO TO BUY A FROZEN PIZZA AND YOU MAKE IT HOME ES BETTER.... TRUST ME! HOW CAN PEOPLE DEFINE IT PIZZA!?!?
- Pros: ---
- Cons: DON'T CALL IT PIZZA.

after, i don't know how many years, i finally made it to CPK! and i am very happy i did! they ahve excellent, unique pizza, and still get the classics right. actually 2 of my favorite choices on te menu aren't even pizza. The hummus for appetizer, is awesome! and they have a grilled vegtable salad (comes in whole or half-i like the option) is excellent! even takes home well!
Great, Unique Pizza!

I think CPK is the greatest thing to ever hit the pizza world. I knew of CPK on a quick trip to California and was ecstatic to see one open close to home. The food is great, with interesting twists to the boring pizzas of today. My favorite is the Pear and Gorgonzola. And the fact that the service is always friendly and quick makes dining even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it, especially for a casual first date kind of place!
