best hibachi and service ever!!!
by DeanLake at Citysearch
i just have dinner w/my big party tonight at japan inn weston. my family always come here at least twice a month and have favorite waitress (short hair girl). we have good time here w/terrific food, amazing chef, and good service (better than benehana). tonight is the same every time we enjoy here. only one thing interrup my dinner, i met my old friend in high school but she didn't see me. she came here w/her friends and they're fighting w/waitress about pay the bill. since i heard the story coz i sat next table, one of them returned sushi and insisted to eat some of her bf food, then waitress informed her about sharing charge. she said ok but after done jessica's gf refused that she shared her bf food. after that they all arguing w/waitress. this is so ridiculous about my friend group. i don't want to say anything except that waitress is the good one in japann inn, she always serve me and my family. she has good memory and remember everything that you need. sometime i went there and sat down w/other group, they don't want to pay for sharing charge also but she offered flexible way how to order for customer which make customer feel comfortable. this is good thing happen in japan inn that some other places server never care about you at all. i hope jessica and friends would relize what you guys did and talked nonsense so loud. you don't need to believe what i write in here, just try japan inn hibachi and check out service from your server. you will know the paradise of hibachi is here!!!
- Pros: thumbs up food and service
Better than Benihana

Japan Inn chefs do amazing tricks that Benihana chefs are not allowed to do due to insurance issues. The food is definitely better ( juicier steaks, amazing white sauce, and good sushi ). Since it is not as popular, the service to me is outstanding compared to any experience I've had at Benihana. I definitely recommend this place if you're ever craving habachi.
