I've been going there for approximately 15 years and I've never had a bad experience. The food is flavorful, the staff is very friendly. If you're new to dim sum look at the pictures.

The first time I went a friend who was born in Hong Kong gave me a list of things to order. I've kept those and added others to my repetoire of favorites. Some of my favorites are the Stuffed Eggplant (with shrimp inside), the Minced Scallop Cutlets, and the Seafood Pan Fried Noodle dish. We usually order about 10 kinds of dim sum and one big dish for 4 people. It's a lot of food and a good price. Mother's day it gets packed by noon.
- Pros: food is excellent and the price is reasonable
- Cons: none

We were first introduced to Dim Sum in NYC China Town. My sister-in-laws' father is the head chef for the best Dim Sum in NYC! We had no idea what was ordered since we couldn't speak Chinese. When we were taken to Toa Toa (by a friend born & raised in China) we couldn't believe that we could get Dim Sum that was as good as NYC; but we can! Toa Toa is the REAL DEAL.
Ask for the Dim Sum menu & just use the pictures, everything is made from scratch. ENJOY!
- Pros: Just like mainland China
- Cons: Sometimes closes during the summer
Best Dim Sum you can get in Florida to my knowledge - a 10.

If you want real Hong Kong Dim Sum, this is the place. Very few of your fellow customers will be speaking english though. They have the real stuff. Great food quality. Gets crowded though.
- Pros: Food Quality
- Cons: Not a lot of english spoken here. Not for those uninitiated to Dim Sum.
Better than Bayard St

This place ranks right up there with any New York DIM SUM Restaurant. Always fresh and OHH soo good. Excellent noodle selections along with soups etc. Make no mistake it aint fancy but nor are the Dum Sim joints in NYC. On a 1-10 this is an 11!
- Pros: excellent
