All we needed was a routine Neuter for our 2 year old Smooth Haired Fox Terrier "Oakley" & a routine Spay for our 11 Month old Jack Russell Amber. When we recieved our dogs he seemed ecstatic to finally return home, an hour an a 1/2 later he became extremely sleepy, only 2 hours later after surgery he was pronounced dead, and months of tears over our loss to follow. When we asked for at least a refund on the oh so FAILED SURGERY, we we're told no refunds only a percentage of the money we paid for pain pills, they refused to take any responsibilty for Oakley's death and stupid me didn't have an Autopsy, only thinking the Vet would take full resonsibility when I cremated him the same day, Stupid move on my part even this "Cooper City Animal Clinic" will do anything to save a buck.

Also found out later that Amber's stomach was cut way too big for a Spay and now she has a abnormally Big Scar on her belly.
