Dirty, Non-responsive and Disappointing

I've been to Contour in Plantation 4 times over the past 3 years. Unfortunately, their service, staff and facility has deteriorated each visit. Most recently, I sent my assistant there w/her fiance for their Together Forever pre-marital package. She described piles of dirty towels everywhere, including into the sauna which they were using, several dirty hot tubs, and non-responsive or non-existent staff. There was a scheduling error, so between their massage and nail treatments there was an hour gap of time. Between treatments, there was nobody around to direct them to the relaxation rooms, the restaurant or anywhere else. I'm sorry I sent my friends there as a wedding gift. It certainly wasn't the special day I'd hoped for, for them.

• Pros: Impressive facility, decent parking.
• Cons: Dirty towels everywhere!? Pedicurist on cel phone, doing one-handed leg scrub/massage.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

the spa was absolutely beautiful!! The staff called me by my name at all times and treated me like family! I was very impressed with my visit and will definitely be going back!

Spa Day

wow, where could I begin, I had the Journey to Eden experience and first they started me with hand and foot relexology, which was amazing and then it was a soak in a hydrotherapy tub where i was given a light neck shoulder and scalp massage. This was the best day of my life and very relaxing

A day of enjoyment

This was the most enjoyable experience that I ever had. To start off with the massage therapist was very professional and punctual. The staff was also very nice and attentive to my needs. They offered me water when I came in and when I left. I would reccommend this place to anyone and I know I will be back again.

MY SPA WEEK EXPERIENCE

MY DAY AT CONTOUR DAY SPA WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE DAY EVER. I STARTED WITH A MASSAGE WHICH WAS VERY RELAXING AND SMOOTHING TO MY BODY AFTER THE MASSAGE I HAD THE LOOFAH BODY SCRUB WHICH AFTER MADE MY BODY EXTRA SOFT AND POLISHED. THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE WONDERFUL AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ANYONE.

Best customer service ever!!

I have gone to both locations, but recently went to the Hard Rock location for services and fell in love with it...everyone super nice and very professional, I received reflexology with a pedicure and it was pure bliss. I will be going back as often as possible.

bad service and management

My husban bought me a gift certificate, I had Facial (which was good). a manicure Pedicure ( massage chairs did not work ) and had my eyebrows done. They burned my eyebrows and then tried to say it was my fault for doing a pealing at the same time(when the same lady did both). Manager suggested that I paid for another one in 2 weeks and if still had the same problem they would refund both services. I told him I was not satisfied and he did not care. NEVER WOULD GO BACK, I had burnt marks for a week on below my eyebrows.

An Amazing Experience

My husband bought me a day spa at Contour Day Spa for my B-Day I felt a wonderful energy as I walked into this full service spa, South Floridas largest. I was greeted by friendly staff and left alone to unwind until my treatments were delivered in a relaxed setting.

The most special aspect of this spa experience was the well- trained and knowledgeable staff of 200 therapists and technicians, led by a talented and caring new spa director, Theresa Lovell. The staff offered excellent advice for both troubled muscles and spinning minds. At the end of my treatments I was much more relaxed than when I walked in; I did not feel hovered over, but I did feel cared for in a special kind of way. I cant wait until another birthday or Mothers Day that coming around for another gift from my husband!!!
