My sister's sweet 16 was last week so I made her appointments in contour for a massage, nails, toes, hair and makeup. When she was done with her services she looked perfect, and everybody tought that she look extremely beautiful. but the best part was the next day when she couldn't stop talking about her amazing experince at the spa, she loved everything and i was sooooo happy that she liked her b-day present from me. It really was the perfect gift.

I'm 7 months pregnant and beliave it when i say that it is too much! So my husband send me to the spa yesterday, and it was the best thing that he could have ever done. I got a prenatal massage that was incredible, it was so good because it help me release all the pain from my back and my legs that were killing me, and they i had a manicure and a pedicure that i loved. My experince was amazing and i recommend to everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Contour Day Spa before I went on vacation to have an eyelash tint. They appariently had lost my reservation. The women who was assigned to do the eyelash tint had to first remove my make-up before applying the dye. She failed to clean the remover off my eyes before applying the tint. It began to run all over my face. She cleaned it up but basically the tint didn't take because it was applied over the remover. I was so appalled at the lack of knowlegde and unprofessionalism I didn't come back for the facial. I have had tints done before and couldn't believe the lack of knowlegde. I will never spend a dime at Contour Day Spa ever again.

Pros: Aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: Unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

My sister is in town so i wanted to take her somewere different, so my husband gave the idea of going to the spa, so i decided to put a group together for it. So yesterday me, my sister, my mother and my best friend went to the spa. Making the reservation was so easy, i just had to send them a list of names with the services, and when it was ready they called me, to confirm everything was ok with me, i didn't have to wait on the phone or anything. When we checked-in they had all our paper work ready, so it was so easy to prepay, then we went upstairs for our services, and we just loved it! they always took us at the same time, our pedicures were side by side, and they just treated us like queens, this was an experience that we will never forget. I recommend it to everyone

Pros: They are so organized and everything is so clean

Cons: I didn't want to leave

my boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for Contour last week for my B-day and I loved it. He got me this amazing package, that just had everything you can imagine in it, i had a body treatment, a massage, a facial and my nails and toes done, and it was amazing!!!!!!!! Their staff was soooooooooo nice, every technician called me by name, and they were so attentive. I WILL DEFINATELLY BE GOING BACK AND MAYBE NEXT TIME I'LL TAKE MY BOYFRIEND SO HE CAN ENJOY A BIT OF PARADISE TOO.

Pros: THEY HAVE SO MUCH TO OFFER

Cons: ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING

I've been to Contour in Plantation 4 times over the past 3 years. Unfortunately, their service, staff and facility has deteriorated each visit. Most recently, I sent my assistant there w/her fiance for their Together Forever pre-marital package. She described piles of dirty towels everywhere, including into the sauna which they were using, several dirty hot tubs, and non-responsive or non-existent staff. There was a scheduling error, so between their massage and nail treatments there was an hour gap of time. Between treatments, there was nobody around to direct them to the relaxation rooms, the restaurant or anywhere else. I'm sorry I sent my friends there as a wedding gift. It certainly wasn't the special day I'd hoped for, for them.

Pros: Impressive facility, decent parking.

Cons: Dirty towels everywhere!? Pedicurist on cel phone, doing one-handed leg scrub/massage.

I'm getting married at the end of this year i was in the search for the perfect dress, until i went to contour day spa. They have the most beautiful collection of wedding dresses, that you can imagine, i have never seen anything like it, the detail and beauty of the dresses is incredible and the best part is that they are for rental, and with the dress you also get the hair, make-up, the nails and more... Brides you need to see it! it is like a dream come true!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: they now have wedding dresses

Yesterday i went to contour for the first time, and it sure exceed all my expectations. I expect for it to be relaxing, but it was more than that. IT WAS HEAVEN!!!! all my services were perfect, the staff was wonderful and so polite, they wanted to take care of my every need. but the best of the best was the journey to eden service, i have never had anything more relaxing than this service my whole life. i really recomend it to everybody, i loved it and i know you will too.

Pros: it is a piece if heaven

For a long time i have been trying to do something that makes me feel like a new person. So last week i decided to try a need salon because i was ready for a new look, so went to Contour. The hair stylist recomended the perfect color and style and gave me a completelly new look. When my husband saw me his jaw dropped to the ground, he couldn't beliave that i looked so different and young. I love this new look i feel like is the real me and i love it! You need to try their hair salon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: They really listen to your needs

I JUST GOT BACK FORM MY AMAZING DAY AT THE SPA!THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I GOT TO RELAX IN A VERY LONG TIME.I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND ENJOY MORE SERVICES!
