Don't expect the food to be as good as the decor by edith b. at InsiderPages

My son loved going to the rainforest cafe, but now I refuse to go. We had VERY BAD service there last time, and even though the manager called to appologize that was the extent of it. Kid's meals are expensive, and service is LOUSY... don't expect to grab a quick bite, it will take at least an hour to get in and out (if you're lucky)
PROS: Good decor
CONS: The service is beyond BAD
This cartoon jungle is a child's wonderland, with waterfalls, swinging monkeys and a canopy of faux flora and fauna.

In Short
While waiting for a table, hungry diners prowl the retail village, where cash-register ka-chings compete with chirping birds, roaring lions and chest-thumping gorillas. When the lights start to flicker, never fear--thunderstorms are part of the show. The menu is American comfort food--pastas, burgers, pizzas and salads--served with a tropical flair. There are plenty options that the kids will recognize, but enough novelty to keep the parents happy.

The animated show is a riot and the adults love it as much as the kids. The burgers are very good and the pork was even better. The price is high but you are paying for the atmosphere & show. It really is a fun, different place. The gift shop is also fun and has a thunder storm and animation. We brought our camera. There can be a wait and a crowd. It's better going at off hours.
- Pros: FUN, Atmosphere, Good Food
- Cons: Price, Wait, Limited Menu
