As my title states, STAY AWAY! This is absolutely the worst pet store I have every seen in my life. Yes he does specialize in birds. But this place's specialty is the abuse of birds. They have so many birds crammed in this tiny store. These birds are kept in the smallest, unclean cages. None of these birds are of pet quality. They are kept in such poor conditions that they have developed behavioral problems. Most of these birds are terrified of human contact and many of them are plucking badly. The birds are handled so poorly it's unbelievable that this place is still in business. Please, whoever is the reading this review, do not buy a bird here. You will be sorry.

DON'T BUY!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

Bills Birds is probably the worst bird store on the face of the planet. The owner Bill and his son Nathan are crooks. They will tell you just what you want to hear to buy a bird from them. If you were to ever ask them how old a bird was, they would say under 1 year. If you were to ask them where they got the bird, they would say a breeder. The reality is, most of their birds are second hand birds. They are birds that have been abused and neglected and are now being sold as if they were young birds who have never had an owner. If you look at their birds, most of them are aggresive, scared to death of human interaction, and plucking their own feathers. The store is filthy and overcrowded with birds. These guys also handle their birds horribly. They have no problem grabbing a bird by the neck and just throwing them in the cage like they were meat. When handfeeding, they basically grab the baby bird, and push a full syringe of food down their throat as fast as they can. I cannot believe these people are still in business. These guys are basically bird pimps. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE listen to my warning. DO NOT BUY FROM BILL'S BIRDS!!! You are better off buying from a private breeder and getting a bird that has just been weaned. Don't even buy a canary from this place. If you don't listen and still buy from them, all I can say is: I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!!

• Cons: Everything about the place. These poor birds are being mistreated and abused.
