terrible Customer Service

So Disappointed!!!! I bought a groupon for an eye exam and prescription glasses for my son. Called prior of spending my money. They offered me appointment for Saturday or late Tuesday. Thy called me @ 6:00 pm the prior day to the appointment. Well I had to call in the day of the appointment because it was cancelled Sandra the person who’s advertise on the Doctor web page as the person that can get you in the same day gave me a very bad customer service and she is the "supervisor” stated to me no late appointment and no sat. I told her I work weekdays and that they had offered to me late appointment or Saturday (that is why I called prior of purchasing) she say "Let's called a day and find yourself another doctor" Told her I wanted to talk to another supervisor she stated she was the only one, I asked to talk to the doctor she say the doctor will not talk to me I was a new patient and she simply hang up the phone. I work with customer and this is unacceptable!!! So sad the doctor does not know what his Manager Sandra is doing with his possible future clients!!!

dr. enker's the best.

dr. enker's eye exam is the best.

i had an optometrist in margate but was looking for a new eye doctor near my work in oakland park and found dr. enker's eyecenter online. after reading reviews about his services and discount offers for contact lenses exams and prescription eyeglasses, i decided to make an appt. it was a great experience and will recommend to my friends and family. he's a great optometrist and i got a great pair of eyeglasses and contacts were in stock.

a good doctor

My eyes are horrible really bad and I hate going to the eye doctor because my presription always gets worse but Dr. Enker explained that we did not have to make the presription worse or I felt like I wanted or needed it stronger and so since I was happy with vision test and decided to stay with my same prescription and Dr. Enker said no problem you are not going to hurt your eyes or vision so I was really happy to find a doctor that did not just kept making my glasses stronger

dr. gary enker right near my job

I needed an eye exam and found dr. gary enker right near my job in Oakland park. There was also an offer of discount eyeglasses so I made an appt and the wait was not bad at all, maybe 10 to 15 mintues. The staff was great, they were on time and efficient. I gotta contact lens exam too. Them was able to look at their eyeglass shop and pick out a great pair of prescription glasses, an eyeglass frame for sunglasses and get new contact lenses at a great price!

cared about me as a patient

Dr. Gary Enker and staff are great. My eye exam was quick and efficient because he has the newest equipment and had problems getting good contacts before but he made it easy and no problem. Found a great pair of eyeglasses and got contacts too. Their personal care and help made me fell like they really cared about me as a patient and not just a number walking in the door.

extremely competent doctor

Dr. Gary Enker at World Eyeglasses was recommended to us by a friend. Dr. Enker is a really experienced optometrist, and World Eyeglasses contains his small but delightful eyeglass shop and optical practice in Fort Lauderdale. Their selection of eyeglasses and frames is superior, and the frame consultant is extremely competent. Have had not so good experiences before and I read some negative reviews but seemed like some might have just personality issues but My husband and I both had our eye exams and content lens fittings, ordered new eye glasses frames and prescription sunglasses last month. The total cost for both of us at World Eyeglasses was less than I paid just for my eye exam and frames last year elsewhere.

They have cheap eyeglass frames

I checked out a bunch of eye glasses drs, 4 eyes, walmart eye and costco optical, but ended up at World eyeglasses in fort lauderdale. The doc was great, content lense exam was fast, and have lots of glasses frames there and if youre looking for eyeglass frames cheap theyre a good choice and what I liked is they have a lot of big mens frames, had trouble in past find something that fits me.

Dr. Enker, the best optometrist

I was looking for an optometrist online and decided to compare Visionworks, Four Eyes, Lenscrafters and World Eyeglasses in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Enker, the optometrist at World Eyeglasses, totally won me over, and I’m sending everyone I know to him for their eye exams. He had me in and out in less than an hour, and I love my new glasses frames. I even got my first pair of prescription sunglasses at a great price. I’ll never buy glasses anywhere else again.

Absolutely Horrible! Avoid At All Costs!

Either he wrote the positive reviews himself or he got someone else to write them; this place is horrible! There were some accurate reviews before and it appears he got them removed or changed the name of the place slightly so they wouldn't show up. A total unprofessional rip-off! Why do you think he has to continually send out coupons and is now using Groupon? Because he cannot get any business otherwise. Do yourself a favor and find a professional and well qualified eye doctor.

My hermano me recomendo World Eyeglasses porque andaba buscando por un centro de ojos como ese aca cerca de pompano beach , el me dijo ellos fueron muy amables con El y que World Eyeglasses tenia un staff que hablaba espanol lo cual es mucho mejor para mi porque mi esposo no habla mucho ingles , entonces fuimos la semana pasada a y quedamos muy impresionados con el servicio que recibimos de parte de ellos , ellos tienen el mejor staff que e encontado ,muy amable y un exelente servicio al cliente , Dr Gary Enker es un Doctor bien joven pero muy experimentado en su area , muy profecional tambien , , vi una gran selecion de aros exelentes marcas y lo mejor de todos a un exelente bajo precio , y tambien obtuvimos nuestros lentes de contacto el mismo dia ! y dejame decirte que vi alli el mas bajo precio en examenes de ojos que nunca he visto antes en todo Fort Lauderdale , ellos son lo maximo , los recomiendo fuertemente , puedo decir que el la mejor option en fort lauderdale
