One of the best that's left... but could be great!. As everyone mentions, this place is in a great location and they charge you dearly for it. The rooms themselves are average and therefore overpriced. However, they are clean. The ownership has grand visions for this place but that takes money, time, and good design advice. Unfortunately the remodeling project is probably a case of too little, too late, and not much, respectively. The improvements seem disjointed -- no real theme. They need to demolish the property to their south and add more parking and increase their pool/sun deck area. And finally, be prepared to use the pool sparingly except on very hot days. They try to save money by keeping the pool temperature down which makes for a chilly swim in the cooler, windier spring days. With just a little more effort this place could be great!…
