Romicio exemplifies impeccable service!. Left the car for the afternoon to be detailed. Romicio was extremely detailed and took extra special care of every inch of the car. He took the time to go over specifics and followed up with a complete walk around. It was blatantly obvious that he cared about my car and addressed all of my concerns. Great Job.. I hadn't washed my truck since Thanksgiving so needless to say it was filthy. My wife had her car washed here before so I figured I would give it a try. I dropped off my truck (F250) and we went over to Best Buy to shop a little while we waited. They finised just as we left Best Buy. I went to the register to get my keys as my wife looked over my truck. I walked back out to my truck and I noticed an area on the tail gate that looked badly scratched ...(I hadn't noticed it before) Well naturally I was upset and walked back in to speak with the manager. He walked outside with me to look at it. He calmly stated there is no way this could have happened at Majestic. It appeared as if someone had rubbed my truck with a scouring pad of some sorts. The manager assured me that all they use are soft cloths and if it had been the machine it would have left a scratch all the way accross the tail gate and not in such a localized placed. He then invited me to go into the office and watch the video footage of my truck being washed and dried. The video proved that no one at his location did the scratching. Apparently this happend sometime after the last time I washed it and I just didn't notice. The manager got one of his detail guys to buff it all out and it looks great. At that point they pointed out to me that it looks as if someone hit my car with something just hard enough to slightly dent it. And that the scratches were from the culprit's attempt at removing any evidence of wrong doings. I am very happy with the service I got from Majestic.…

Completely Scratched Car!!. I was recently forced to take my car to the car wash due to all the lovebugs that are all over the road, a decision that I very much regret now! Majestic took the bugs off, but they left a bunch of LONG AND NOTICEABLE scratches all over the area that they treated. I have had this car for 4 years and have taken very good care of it.....one trip to Majestic and it's covered in scratches that I know for a fact were not there before.

Majestic Destroyed Leather Seat & Refuses Responsibility. A terrible experience!! I have been going to majestic for several months. I get my car washed at least once a week and it is beautiful condition. Today I decided to have it detailed. When I picked it up, $117 later and was about to leave I looked over at the passenger seat and noticed the leather seat was ripped. There is no question but that this was done by the man who detailed it. The owner was summoned and marched out and without any investigation at all, not even questioning the man who detailed it, denied any responsibility and further suggested that it was my fault. He offered nothing more than macho posturing and I have a destroyed leather seat in my Jaguar thanks to his business.

I will never return and I offer this as a warning to anyone who takes their car to this establishment. The owner has no concept of the value of a customer and is operating a dump. When employees destroy property and there is no attempt at all to make amends this is a bad business and his conduct is little less than criminal. Cactus Car Wash will soon open just up from this criminal venture and I highly recommend avoiding majestic if you value your property as they clearly do not.…

Amazing Job!!!. This is an amazing establishment! My 350Z Nismo looks amazing and am very pleased with their hand wash/waxing job. I just bought the car so I watched them baby it for 1 and 1/2 hours. Excellent work, scrupulously honest.. I feel a burning need to respond to a post by erinm1102 complaining of the theft of her iPod. I have taken my Porsches and my friends' cars to Majestic for years. I have mistakenly left cash and other valuables in my cars only to find them placed considerately in an obvious location after cleaning.

I speak with the experience of at least 50, and possibly many more, visits. I can also attest to a thread of exceptional friendliness that runs through the entire staff. As a business owner, I know this comes from the top down, usually the result of a fair and generous workplace.

I'm sure "ripped' reads this so I would like to offer a suggestion that may put his mind a little at ease. Bring your car to National Top and Glass in Fort Lauderdale. They are a very reputable repair shop and have been in business for many years. Let them take a look at the "separated seam" in your seat. They are wizards when it comes to things like this and they will be able to offer a solution for repair.…
