Best Pizza south of New York City

This place is amazing!!! The Pizza is the best I've had since I left New York, I came upon this place about 15 years ago and I have been a customer ever since.

I have tried almost everything on the menu and I must say what a selection they have, you can select from a wide variety of foods like burgers,fries, baked ziti,lasanga,chicken wings,greek salad,etc.etc. and they even deliver until 4 a.m.!!!

Three cheers for Downtown Pizza

Pros: Best pizza, late night delivery

Cons: Sometimes you have to wait a little longer but it is well worth the wait.

Best pizza and service open till 4 am

Great food and service, the best thing is that there open till 4 am., and they deliver. I was up late and ordered a pizza and a hot sub it was soooooooooo good. It was the closeest thing to NY pizza that I'v had since I moved down here. Do yourself a favor try there pizza.

i must honestly say that this has to be the best pizza ive tasted in florida.. not to mention their calzone.. its stuffed, really stuffed and from experiance i can say that 1 person will be satisfied with a small one. if you want great food really fast get it from here..

look really closely...

Watch out for fury critters, 6 legged things stench and grease plus not so nice employees... dirty!!! food may have touched the floor!!! gross!!! PLUS this pizza joint was shut down sept. 2007 for rodent issues and maggots, etc... check out: WPLG channel 10 news segment "Dirty Dining" you will be amazed and seriously shocked!

Best Calzone Anywhere!!!

While vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale we stayed at the Mariott at Beach Place. Coming in late one night we were hungry and were told by the front desk to order from Downtown Pizzeria. We ordered a cheese Calzone. It arrived hot in about 15 minutes and WOW! It was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten.

They mix their cheese with a feta that is amazing. So amazing that I ordered a spinach the next day was was just as satisfied. The marinera sauce is also amazing.

I would recommend Downtown Pizzeria to anyone in the area.

I've been ordering from downtown pizzeria since arriving to Florida in 1999.

The food is always great!

The two times there were incidients with wrong food or an itme ommitted, the happily corrected the error without any question!

True customer appreciation!
