Learning guitar

I recently just started playing guitar and the Guitar Exchange has made it a snap. I have tried lessons elsewhere and was really disappointed in the price and teachers. The prices at Guitar Exchange are the best and Ray is a great teacher. I really recommend the Guitar Exchange.

Having lots of fun learning the guitar!

Nice atmosphere, close to my home and the lessons cost much less than other places.They have no startup fees.

I would recommend the guitar exchange to anyone interested in learning how to play the guitar.

Highly Recommended!

Hello, I just want let everyone know how wonderful the Guitar Exchange is and how much my two children are enjoying there classes.

We have been coming to Gary's for about 18 months and love this place. Jorge is by far the best teacher they have ever studied with, and they are now playing guitar very well.

I am writing this little note in response to the unhappy woman who did not have enough thought as to just mail in her payment if she did not have time to drop it off.

I am in the store once a week for 1 full hour waiting for my two children and have found not only is Gary very funny and charming, he is quite the business man. I see many people trying to get a time spot with his teachers and I certainly back him up for removing you from the schedule, so he could fill it up with a more serious student and or parent. Unfortunate experience.

Due to the rudeness and lack of judgement on the part of Gary regarding an appointment I made for my 8 year old son to take guitar lessons, this store has lost a customer. Because I didn't have time to come in and prepay for a month of guitar lessons prior to my son's acutal lesson, Gary decided to cancel my reservation without calling me to inform me or ask if i planned to keep my appointment. When I called the day before the appt. I was told that my appt. was cancelled. I have worked in customer service for many years and do not believe this is the way to handle something. In addition, his attitude on the phone, implying I had done something wrong just reinforced my decision to find an alternative school. The other shools I have called provide a free lesson prior to even committing to an appointment.

I like this place.

Ok, I am in this cool little store and its very busy, the guy Gary is doing his best to handle all these people, some customers waiting are being a little rude. I could not believe it. I was very impressed with his patience. He was on top of his game and sold me and another customer at the same time. This guy is good. This store is my favorite.

Guitar Exchange Incorporated

I had a wonderful experience at the Guitar Exchange. I recently bought a guitar, Gary was very friendly and helpful. I have been to many music stores and the Guitar Exchange has the best deals around. After purchasing my guitar, I signed up for lessons at the store with Art and have made remarkable progress with his instructions.

I would recommend anyone vist the Guitar Exchange and experience the highly knowledgable and professional service.

I would most definitely recommend this store. I have been searching for a new guitar for about 2 years! and finally found it.

Great buying experience

I purchased a brand new Guild acoustic guitar for my husbands 40th Birthday. He still jams! The guys at the Guitar exchange were very helpful and made me feel more comfortable then at the other stores. The price was cheaper too. We will be back soon.

worth the trip

a very personable and knowledgeable staff.nice variety no pressure and good quality products,the teachers are superb from novice to advanced students of all ages I highly recommend everyone visit this store before they buy a guitar or sign up for lessons anywhere else
