Robert Barbarite and his knowledgeable staff will do their best to schedule an appointment for you when you need it. Doctor Barbarite is very friendly and after five minutes you will feel like you know him...he's pretty funny. The office is clean and there is never a long wait to see the doctor.

Dr. Barbarite is the BEST!!!

Dr. Barbarite has a great bedside manner. He is smart, friendly, caring, and funny. It is frustrating when calling the office and being placed on hold several minutes, or having to wait a long time in the front office to be seen, but he is WORTH it! I moved a half hour away and travel to see him. He and his staff try their best to meet your needs. They have filled prescriptions over the phone for me, and got me in to see the doctor on short notice. They take most insurance, and I truly believe Dr. Barbarite has a passion for medicine and his patients. He always tells me about a current study or new medicine. My only reservation recommending him is the office my get busier!

If you like being yelled at this is the place for you

If you are in a mood for do-it yourself medicine, an abusive staff, being yelled at and an incorrect diagnosis this is the doctor's office for you, (however keep in mind you usually see a Physicians Assistant, NOT THE PHYSICIAN. . If you like inaccurate precriptions that can not be filled by the pharmacy usually with this first attempt, again you have the right office. When you call to get the medication corrected after hours, the option for the call back number was not engaged, so there is another day wait and then you get more abuse by the staff when you call back. And last but not least, if you attempt to get your medical records, be prepared for a long wait and incomplete medical records.

VERY BUSY OFFICE, TOO BUSY!!!

THE OFFICE IS TOO BUSY TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION FOR THEM THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR BOTHERING THEM. ISNT THAT WHY YOU GO TO THE DR? THE WAIT IS RIDICULOUS SOMETIMES 2-3 HRS AND THAN THEY RUSH YOU OUT. THEY DONT REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. THE NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE PRETTY GOOD

Horrible service from front/back office

Dr. Barbarite is a wonderful doctor but his back office or front reception is the worst. They are extremely rude, rushed and seem to not care about anyone. If you call and the phones are busy, they tell you "call back the phones are very busy right now". That is no way for a doctors office to be run. I will get my test results and then find another primary care physician. Will NEVER recommend his office to anyone in the future. On that note, I cannot give this office even a 1 star rating..

Dr. B is amiable, bright and knowledgeable (and rushed). The staff is always in a frenzy, and the office is difficult to reach by phone. Faxes from pharmacists are often ignored. Expect longer-than-planned waits in the crowded waiting room.
