The Scene
If you can't find what you need at the Hyatt, you're not looking hard enough. This luxury hotel near downtown Fort Lauderdale has everything the picky traveler needs. The lush grounds hide a spa, an aquatic center with three pools and a 142-slip marina. Its location makes it an easy jumping off point for the rest of Broward County, and it is close to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The Amenities
The 380 guest room and suites are equipped with everything you could need, including larger than usual televisions and three telephones with separate lines for modem hookups. A business center and concierge make life easy for the busy traveler. Room service is available until 1am every day and will even cater to yachts docked at the marina. Sports enthusiasts can use the two lighted tennis courts, the pools or the par 71 golf course nearby. The rest can luxuriate at the full-service spa.

Great Hotel!
by mczaguirre at Citysearch
this hotel is very luxurious and modern at the same time. the check-in went through very smoothly. the lobby was not very big but the rooms are so comfortable and classy. I love the fact that their balconies are big too. Loved the marble sink. they have this great bar that spins on the rooftop- didn't get to check it out too much because we were underdressed but they did require you to pay $5 to get in. The swimming pool is great and the fact that they have turn down service is even better! chocolates after turn down is always a winner with me! It's only 10 mins or maybe even less to A1A which is where the beach and all the waterfront restaurants are. It's a great hotel! I recommend it.
- Pros: Starbucks, Comfortable, Great location
- Cons: $5 entry fee for bar, small lobby
