I just did a move with Rhino Moving and the customer service was excellent. I worked with Riki and she was great -- she returned calls quickly and I always felt confident that she was on top of everything. She promised me a guaranteed price all in all, she took the stress out of moving, which is the most important part of a moving company.

Bottom line, excellent customer service, I'd definitely go with Rhino Moving.

M y wife and I recently moved from Florida to Texas, and were seeking a trustworthy, professional company .

We thoroughly researched every moving company we could. We visited every site available.

We also had in home estimates from several companies and obtained multiple quotes. In the end, we chose Rhino Moving, have no regrets, and give our highest recommendation. Some of the companies gave us pricing based on weight with no cap pricing. After meeting George from Rhino Moving I was relief. He provided us with a binding quote. Guaranteed that we will not pay anything more, and we didn’t!

Very important factor for choosing Rhino Moving because they were flexible with delivery dates. The building we moved to was not easy. They gave us a hard time with the moving dates. But George promised us that he will contact the building and work on the delivery dates with them and he did. I can’t thank enough for the service we got from George and Rhino Moving.

When moving day came, we were impressed with the respect the movers gave to our belongings. All our belongings arrived safely to the West coast.

We highly recommend Rhino Moving to everyone! The best choice we have made for our moving.

Absolutely a horrible company. This was a day job and I was told that my pick up would be delivered directly to me. Well it wasn't, not only did they take a lot longer than we talked about when I put down the deposit, they tried to charge me extra for medium size pictures, was not friendly during the move, did not communicate when I was wondering where the truck was, they tried 3 days before to change pick up and delivery date (they kept calling me) They had a bunch of guys for the pick up, which was great, but only 2 guys delivering. The 2 guys that were delivering were so tired it took them 3 and half hours to unload and they were dragging their feet, which is expected after they told me how long they were working straight. I found out they had other stops after my pickup and after my delivery. Way over worked. Can't be legal having those 2 guys work so many hours straight. I purely blame the owner of this company (Yoel). I had to actually tell the delivery guys they can't leave till they complete the job. I.E. move certain box's upstairs as they are labeled to go to each room, they didn't want to assemble everything I noticed as well. They never thanked me for my business, there was no courtesy phone call to see how my delivery went from the owner or a rep. Pathetic company. Another one that talks a big game but when moving day comes they can't back it up.

Unbelievably Happy!. I can't describe how happy we are with rhino moving. These guys know what they're doing. The movers came a day beore

to pack us up. The guy in charge was great and had total control over the move and very easy to deal with.

The second day was even better than the first, they were carfeul when they loaded our boxes and furniture in to the truck. The delivery was very fast and the crew that delivered our items in Los Angeles were very nice and patient.

These guys are really the best!

The price was the same as promised and nothing was broken.

I would recommend Rhino Moving to everyone I know!

Fast and efficient service. Just finish my move with rhino moving. Was very very happy from start to finish. The price was right the crew was nice. Moved from Miami to west palm. Recommend rhino moving to everybody i know. Great company great service.
