I have been getting eyebrow waxing services athar plus spa for over six months now. Thank goodness I found this place after traumatizing my hair with bleach for years! After Luba did my hair color for the first time I fell in love and have been coming here ever since. When I walk out of hair plus spa I feel much more beautiful because my new hair color bring out my eyes and make a difference in how I look. After getting a few compliments on my hair I have recommended hair plus spa to everyone I know in Central Business District
