Would choose them again. I was sent a part that was not the same I had ordered and did not work for my application. I called to report this and they offered a refund or a different item. I chose the refund and they told me they did not need the item returned. I was satisfied with the way they handled my claim. If I needed an item they carried I would choose them again.

Smooth transaction. I needed to order a CMOS battery assembly for an old DELL laptop. DELL did not have the part, but referred me to Impact Computers. They had the part in stock and shipped quickly. Cost and shipping charges were reasonable. Overall, a nice, smooth transaction.

Thanks. I am glad that your picture of the part looked exactly like the part in the computer. The hard drives I bought from other places could not possibly fit my HP. So right now I have my HP back together and I will make a couple of extenal haed drivs out of the others ones. Thanks for doing a better job than your competition.
