Unhappy Tami Satterfield client. I do not recommend working with Tami Satterfield or her team!

Since I have moved to FL, this State Farm branch has given me nothing but anxiety. I never had this problem with my agent in other states. At Tami's office you MUST stay on top of billing or you will end up PAYING more than you should.

The Customer Service is just awful and they have brought me so much stress that I absolutely don't need.

Do you research as there are several other branches in the surrounding areas, with much friendlier and intelligent customer service representatives.
