Wonderful dealership. I found and bought the car the VERY day it came off the truck. Our salesman, Ken Vigo, did everything in his power to speed the intake and delivery process. The waiting area wasn’t bad at all. We loved the café and the free popcorn and coffee!! Feels like an oasis when you’re waiting.

Honest. The customer service was great. My sales consultant was very polite and really tried to work with me to get my car. I feel it was a very honest transaction. That is why the next day I went to get a second car with the same consultant.

Comfortable dealer. They way they treated me and the other customers. I felt comfortable the whole time, I did not

feel like I was at a dealership. Dino really showed a real concern to get me out as soon as possible. He updated me often. A nice man worked the food counter. He was pleasant and we had a nice talk!

Lou Bachrodt - The Worst!. I would NOT recommend Lou Bachrodt of Coral Springs to my worst enemy. Frantz and Bob are sneaky and unethical. I was told lie after lie. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Lou Bachrodt, Coral Springs.
