The two gentlemen who greeted me were so helpful, as they directed me to one of the booths and placed a plastic cover on the seat of my car. None of the repairs were unnecessary, and everything was explained clearly. I have never been to a better car dealership!

There are many places to have a car repaired - another dealership or at an independent's shop... I choose to go to your facility. I go because I know that what is done is done right, the price is fair considering I do not have to return or have something go wrong related to that which was fixed some one or two weeks later. An experience I have had at other facilities.

The service by the sales department (Nick and Adam always most willing and

capable answering my questions), finance department (David always able to

answer my questions), parts department (Peter always most knowledgeable as to

the extra accessories and parts for my new Mazda), service department

(Rebecca has been so helpful with arranging all the service to my new Mazda,

truly wonderful) and the mechanics have stellar performance in regard to my

service calls.

They delivered the vehicle at the price they promised on the phone. Honored an expired coupon I found online without any arguments. They also gave me a fair price on my trade-in. No game playing when it came to pricing. Sales person is an extremely nice guy. Taught me how to drive a stick shift!

Concerning dealer and salespeople. The facility is a slight inconvenience. It’s a little farther from my home that I would like but I only go to this dealership because of the service. They not only concern themselves with my needs but the needs of my wife as well. Now that’s a big deal.
