Slooooww shipping and unresponsive customer service

Half my order arrived in a timely manner, the other half was apparently placed on backorder, an important detail of which they should have informed me. They didn't. When my package hadn't arrived after a couple weeks, I emailed their customer service department and their president (whose address is listed on their website). No response. Finally, I called, and after getting transferred a couple times was told the item had to be shipped from another facility. They partially refunded my shipping fees at my request, but when the item FINALLY arrived (2 weeks late), it was not in a proper box, but merely wrapped in plastic wrap, and thus damaged. After all that: two weeks late and a damaged product.
