An Eye for the customer service.
So I called this store earlier to get further info. regarding if they accepted my ins. and the associate was very nice over the phone. I asked if I should come now or later and she suggested any time would be fine. I actually got to the store later that day and was greeted with a friendly smile and there were 2 associates ready to assist me. I sat down and she was able to show me detail pricing for my glasses as well as additional benefits of add-ons. She explained the process and how long everything would take. I was unsure because I thought the price was a bit high so I told her I would come back.
(Ha, this was the deal breaker)
After just walking a few doors down to another Optical store and being treated the way I was treated (horrible customer experience) I turned right back around and went into LensCrafters and placed my order! All it takes is one bad customer experience and we the consumer will do some damage control! If you have a business to run- it will not last by treating your customers in a rude manner. That's why I did not mind paying whatever the price was as long as I knew that LensCrafters was going to provide me that "GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE". And to my surprise after ringing up my glasses I actually ended up paying less. Now that was the icing on top! Great job Lenscrafters!
