OMG you gotto go to see Jay Z at Haims motors!!! He is the best. He made buying a car a great experience. He will do all that he can do to make sure you leave the lot a totally happy. Would definately recommend him to anyone!!!

It is amazing the service that jay provided to us.Really if we need to buy in the future, we must do in with him, and also we recomend to him to other friend and family, because he know what he do and what the customer want.Thank you for your service Jay, for me you provide the service like The Ritz Carlton Level. You are the best. We are very happy with our new car. woohoo!!!!! thank you jay!!!

this is in regards to jay an employee at haims i have puchased 2 vech. already w jay and i can honestly say that he is so helpful courtious and well mannered also very fair my entire family has also purchaced w jay and i can truly say haims has a great representative he has gone over and beyond the resonsibillity of an employee i was a bus. owner and i will recommend jay to all my f4riends and anyone i meet i proudly drive my vech. ALSO MY FAMILY WITH HIAMS PLATE ATTACHED TO OUR LIC. PLATE THANK U JAY FOR ALL UYOU HAVE DONE

STRAIGHT ROBBERY WITH NO GUN!!!. On 2/23/12 I allowed Haims Motors to submit my debit cards in the amount of 4,000.00 dollars as a partial down payment on a 2010 GMC Terrian. My father came the follwing evening 2/24/12 intending to sign for a loan. Upon reviewing the purchase agreement and installment contract we decided to take that evening to discuss what were now larger numbers that we had originally discussed. On Saturday 2/25/12 We dedcided that this vehicle was actually too expensive for us and asked for a refund of 4,000.00 dollars. We were told no refunds. We never signed for or took delivert of the vehicle. After being told I could have 3,000.00 dollars back I felt I was owed the full refund. On Tuesday 2/28/12 I went to the dealership to again try to obtain a full refund. I was taken into a saleroom by myself, my husband was not allowed in and made to feel very intimdated and I became emotional at which this point the manger who i was dealing with said he was going to give me a refund. He then handed me a check which was in the amount of 3,200.00 dollars. I accepted that check and signed an agreement to accept that amount because I felt intimidated and desperate to get at laest most of my deposit as I am now without a car. I was offered other vehicle but I will not have any further dealings with this company as they were very rude and unprofessional
