After 4 days on the road we returned to a broken ac. Since it was a Saturday & after hours we searched for a 24 hr ac repair company & found Cool Air. Their repairmen came to the house, discovered the issue & had us up & running in just over an hour of their arrival. Thank you to the repairmen who did a good job.

We had an issue with our AC system; intermittently it kept making a loud buzzing noise. We called Cool Air USA and they were able to be at our home within a few hours. The technician was knowledgeable about what could be the issues with our AC system and continually kept us informed with what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company.

Our old AC gave out in the middle of August on one of the hottest days of the year. Sam and Isiah came out first thing the next morning and diagnosed our problems. They gave us great options between repairing the old or purchasing a new AC. We decided to replace our 12-yr old AC with a brand new one. They did the entire installation that same day and offered us a great service and maintenance package for 2yrs. The whole process was very professional, very fast, very friendly, very good. My sister and I hired this company.. without checking first on BBB..

People please check out all the bad reports on them and use a different company, preferably one that is rated A on BBB

Please dont get ripped off. this company is the biggest scam. they will charge you hundreds of dollars without even doing the work and then bully you into paying.. threats have been made by their employees to customers .. This company should and will be put out of business for scams!

Called for non-emergency service and technicians were at my home the same day. Techs Sam and Isaih were quick and courteous.

Needed followup service for a dropshipped filter a week later and same techs, Sam and Isaih were dispatched promptly. Again, a good level of service.

New Copper Line Install - The guys that did my new copper line install was awesome. The Techs' names were Gianni & Danny. there was another guy but I didnt catch his name (sorry dude). But all in all, the job was done with professionalism, and now the AC unit runs like a champ!
