Horrible company - they have the sales tactic to force you into repairs that are not needed and up sell you into buying a whole new unit. They came to clean my system - barely did any work - then in order to take the Coil out - they had to drain all the freon out of the system. Apparently they were not able to "recover" the freon and blew it straight into the air - which from my understanding is a BIG problem via the EPA. They charged me an additional 325 dollars to re-fill the system that i already had freon for. Since they did the cleaning - my AC has not been working properly and now it has completely stopped. I have had 2 other reputable companies come and inspect the system - both companies said it was due to poor workmanship while re-installing the coil. They burnt the expansion valve and even left one of the valves slightly open so that the freon leaks out of the compressor.

This company is A JOKE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM I am currently in a dispute and filed a report with BBB STAY AWAY FROM THEM STAY AWAY FROM THEM

**They said if I removed my reviews they would give me a $1,000 CREDIT back on my card - and tried to get me to sign a form saying I would be liable if I put a review up - I tried to comply with them, they still have not given me a refund or even called to try and deal with the situation - so at this point im letting the credit card companies deal with it - and if I do not get my money back - at least I can help others to NOT get ripped off by this company.

DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LEAVE YOU WITH DAMAGE!

After the first visit to clean the AC unit there was a leak that caused water damage in one door and the ceiling. They never addressed that damage.

After trying to fix the leak for the 2nd time they caused a short-circuit and they had to take the coil out to fix it, and they did, but they left the thermostat non-functional. They never fixed it, but even asked $400 to get us a new one. We said no thanks!

I paid over $900 for the cleaning of the system originally and they told me that they will come back a second time in the year for another cleaning. When they did, they said that the cleaning was not included, just the visual check up and draining.

I never wrote a company review before but promised the owner i will do so, when frank showed up in my house i was amazed from the quick response and price, after the ac installed i know that cool air stand behind their prices and customer service, got a great deal on new air conditioner and i think everybody should take a price from cool air before buying a unit

we own a summer condo in miami , and spend 2 month every year down in south florida, when we came last nighr our ac was broken, and no air was coming our from the vents, we called cool air and within 30 min we had a tech in our home, he replace a part , didn't charge us for travel time and gave us 1 year warranty, i will recommend cool air usa to my friends !!!

Totally a bad place to deal with wanted 485.00 to fix an under warranty part that was not even bad. Technician stood on the roof of the van and just by the sound and description knew that the unit needed a new motor . 1 hour later a GOOD technician saw that a set screw was loose and charged 60.00. Playing phone tag with what was supposed to be management was also a joke . do yourself a favor call ANY body else.

My wife was very happy with the service system of COOL AIR USA they sent service technician to our home on just a single service call of her the technician arrived on time, fixed and serviced our Air conditioner in a very timely manner. He explained everything very well to my wife amazing service.

Feeling pretty desperate after another company said it would take a week to fix our A/C, we called COOL AIR USA and they said they could come fix it that same night. A technician came out and verified what was wrong. He was very patient in answering our questions and calling the owner of the property. They had to replace the inside unit and were able to come the next morning to do that. John and Tom are the installers that put the new A/C in the house and they did a great job! They answered any questions we had and were very thorough yet quick in doing their job. So thankful we called this company and would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my AC unit not providing cool air. I scheduled an appointment for the next day as this was a Sun. I got a call back saying they had technicians in the area and they would come the same day. They came withing the hour and fixed the issue in 30 mins. The technician was called Sean and I forget his colleagues name but they were extremely professional , very polite and respectful and Sean fully explained the issues and gave me advice on the AC unit as it is quite an old one. Nice to have this kind of service and professionalism these days . Would definitely recommend this company .
