Beware. Shoddy service. They supposedly fixed the A.C. repair job they did for my relative, but within hours, it wasn't working properly again.

Don't count on them being there 24/7 as they say. More often than not, you'll get a machine and they'll call you the next day.

It's now been 3 days in a row that they have promised to come and they're still not here. They did not even have the courtesy to call to cancel. It's been a week without A.C., in the middle of summer.

A lame excuse was given when I called tonight on behalf of the relative as to today's no-show, but what about the other two days?

Find someone else. Wish we had.

Couldnt believe the great service. These guys really do care about their customers. They repaired my AC a month ago and i called them back this afternoon and they came the same day and fixed it! They didn't even hesitate.... I know good customer service when I see it and they definitely do deserve all of these good reviews. It's one thing to just fix your AC and then forget about you or ask for more money later on but they just want to make People Happy and use them again and again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any air conditioning services, It was Pete who did my repair and I spoke to Walter who was very nice too.
