Joe Massaro is a bad man.. I bought a car from Joe three months ago, wire transferred 100% of the payment which included fees to transfer the title and tags. Joe never did this and I am unable to drive my car right now as I jump through hoops and red-tape DMV nightmares to get a title and to make my car legal to drive. He stopped taking my phone calls, and my husbands, and listed his company as out of business to avoid setting this straight. He told us he has a $5000 dispute with the person who has the title to my car, which I have no doubt he owes and is responsible for. He tried to give my husband this guys name to see if he could talk him into sending us the title. He told me he has a connection at the DMV who could get me tags and a plate. He is a liar, a thief, a fraud, and a chickenshit. He's a pathetic, broke, desperate old man and I hope he has to work at WalMart until he is 90. Do not do business with this man or with Rally Motor Carz.
Trying to make lemonade from a lemon deal. I have spent over $5,000.00 in repairs.Joe Massaro 954-325-8488 used car salesman and owner, ebay id rallymotorcarz. I purchased a used BMW X5 with hidden damage that Joe acknowledged he didnt disclose to me. he tried to blame it on his inspector who Joe claims "doesn't really inspect the the vehicle." Joe told me he uses netneutrals to get bad reviews removed and this is what he did with my review. Instead of buying the truck back, fixing it, or sticking to our agreement he used netneutrals to delete his bad transactions. He posted a lies and netnuetrals didnt notify me of the sellers(Joe) response until after they had made the decsion to delete the review. Thats a good way to get the truth out, not. Especially when he files the complaint on Christmas Eve and they reply on Christmas day. Dont believe ebay ratings they can be changed. Buy from a real dealer you know.
