I moved from Florida to California and had a great experience with Rhino Movers. They delivered exactly as they promised with zero problems. I was delighted to have such a great experience as I had issues with a different company during a prior move. We received everything intact, the customer service was amazing and the movers were friendly and professional. I would use again and highly recommend.

I just moved from Miami to San Antonio Texas. I had the best experience with this company. Things went smoothly and was able to contact my representative when i needed and had questions,. I knew where my items were at all times and they came in a timely manor. I was impressed that nothing was broken and everything was handled with care.

Everyone i came in to contact with were very great to work with and talk to. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

I just did a move with Rhino Moving and the customer service was excellent. I worked with Riki and she was great. she returned calls quickly and I always felt confident that she was on top of everything. She promised me a guaranteed price all in all, she took the stress out of moving, which is the most important part of a moving company.

Bottom line, excellent customer service, I'd definitely go with Rhino Moving.

DO NOT MOVE WITH RHINO THEY WILL LOSE YOUR THINGS! I was moving long distance and had a minimum move. I couldn't believe when 2 of my boxes were lost. The drivers didn't seem to care or take it seriously when the counts didn't add up and two of the numbered labeled boxes didn't turn up at the destination. It seems like losing boxes and items happens often and it's business as usual. The default insurance is weight based and you get pennies for every pound; despite what the account representatives and the receiving movers say you will lose items and boxes and they will claim these items weren't part of your move. After spending many hours documenting the items I lost, emailing and calling both the insurance company and Rhino, and having the claim documentation rejected and having to complete tedious revisions obviously meant to delay resolution, it took 5 months to receive a decision on my claim. In the end, parts of my claim were denied and I received a negligible amount covering almost none of the insured value of my loss. I would not under any circumstance recommend moving with Rhino. I lost items that are priceless memories and heirlooms; to have my loss minimized and my claim partially denied is an insult. Do your research and get referrals and recommendations from people you trust instead of making the mistake of working with or trusting Rhino. If you decide against all odds and negative reviews to work with Rhino, PLEASE take out FULL insurance on your move and carefully itemize and document everything; don't trust anything that has any meaning or significance to you into the careless hands at Rhino, you will regret it.

M y wife and I recently moved from Florida to Texas, and were seeking a trustworthy, professional company .

We thoroughly researched every moving company we could. We visited every site available.

We also had in home estimates from several companies and obtained multiple quotes. In the end, we chose Rhino Moving, have no regrets, and give our highest recommendation. Some of the companies gave us pricing based on weight with no cap pricing. After meeting George from Rhino Moving I was relief. He provided us with a binding quote. Guaranteed that we will not pay anything more, and we didn’t!

Very important factor for choosing Rhino Moving because they were flexible with delivery dates. The building we moved to was not easy. They gave us a hard time with the moving dates. But George promised us that he will contact the building and work on the delivery dates with them and he did. I can’t thank enough for the service we got from George and Rhino Moving.

When moving day came, we were impressed with the respect the movers gave to our belongings. All our belongings arrived safely to the West coast.

We highly recommend Rhino Moving to everyone! The best choice we have made for our moving.

This is my third time moving! And Rhino Moving was EXCELLENT! This company is the real deal. I had a great experience with them! I'd heard they were excellent, and for me, they really were. From start to finish, the crew was very polite and accommodating. They worked in our home for two days nonstop! Rhino Moving packed everything for us. These guys were great. They were quick, kind, AND my estimate was right on. Highly recommended Rhino Moving to everyone!!!

Customer service was excellent. I was told from the very beginning I was going to need more boxes than other moving companies were telling me. The onsite estimate process was pleasant and the numbers accurate. The actual move was the cherry on top of the cake! The three guys knew what they were doing and were very careful and extremely accommodating. All of this in a very hot late June Miami afternoon. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire this company!
