French Quarters excellently managed. Many years ago Mayor Joy Cooper my wife and I had a conversation about the economy and the importance of a successful Mardi Gras Casino and the 1/2 of Gulfstreams tax revenue and employment for the community. Dan Atkins,my wife & I had a similar conversation.When the facility had dogs and few people. Dan fought upstream against incredible taxes paid to the state,local and federal Govt's.The facility is state of the art.The staff is the friendliest and the food and drinks are the best.The Dawg Pound for pay per view is the best deal and fun in S.Fl. The entire Casino and staff plus incentives make it a must. Aventura,Hollywood and the surrounding area's need to represent and keep the $ in the area. The French Quarter is the best local food at the fairest prices! Thanks for some flavor.Food can get a little bland around here. :-}

Win at the French Quarter. You walk into a restaurant with a fine dining decor complete with white table cloths. Wait..check out the prices and selections. Fine dining at affordable prices. I was pleasantly surprised and grazed the daily buffet table, ordered the burger (my favorite). I could not have made it at home for that price. Oh, did I forget to mention the wait staff...nice n friendly and knowledgable regarding the menu. Additionally, I always stop to play Blackjack to work up my appetite. i could eat both lunch and dinner the same day at the French Quarter and be one happy camper!

Great experience. My husband and I recently dined at the French Quarter restaurant at the Mardi Gras casino an I have to tell you that you really should come and enjoy what they have to offer. The place is gorgeous and they have it beautifully decorated for Christmas. In the French Quarter, the staff was friendly and helpful. I noticed how they all seemed to work together to keep the place running smoothly. There a very friendly manager with an accent that was very nice and he stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. There were some great menu choices like Spanish Paella, Twin Lobster Tails, and a Spinach and Cranberry salad that sounded absolutely delicious! They also had things like BBQ Ribs, Chicken Parmigiana, burgers and sandwiches, and a long list of side dishes. I noticed they have a very impressive selection of wines and they seemed very reasonably priced, too. My husband and I had the crab cake appetizer and I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a crab cake so good! The sauce served with them really made the dish. For dinner I had the Mahi Mahi that was topped with a mango salas and it was so delicious! My husband had a Filet Mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Our waiter refilled our drinks before we could even ask, and was very attentive the entire time we were there. I thought the portion sizes were great for the money so I’m definitely coming back to try some more of their food. They have other restaurants and bars, even a sports bar, but this was the first time we had ever eaten in the French Quarter. I highly recommend it, treat yourself if you have never been.
