This was a terrible resort. The staff and management were rude and the hotel was falling apart. The pool was green, slimy and too dirty to swim in. In the pictures it looked very different and its advertised as a heated pool and the temperature was 66* F. The food was terrible and there were very few choices. Sometimes their choices were unavailable and one time they closed down the kitchen for the entire evening. We had to order a pizza because there is no where else to eat. You couldn"t drink the water, but they did not supply bottled water. And I was an all-inclusive guest! There are many children of the staff who live in the hotel who run around all day often waking us up and playing on the elevators. It is advertised that all inclusive includes access to a sauna, basketball court and basketball and daily entertainment/activities--- all of which were non-existant! We were also unable to get tennis rackets and balls for the included "tennis". They didn't have the ingredients to make popular drinks and ran out of rum one night. The stairwells were covered in urine and our floor smelled like rotten garbage for days. There was no working phone in our room and we did not ever get one even after several complaints. They were understaffed every day and it would take forever to make any food or drink orders. There were complaints from many people while we were there. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. It was a complete waste of my time and money

Home away from home!. This was a great hotel and people are very nice here. I would stay here all time.

Excellent Staff!!. The staff was excellent. We were able to perform all business functions as well as enjoy the tennis court and pool. The atmosphere was great, very lively. When we chose to go out on the town the staff was more than helpful. Fully recommended. We will be back.

Staff was great. I elected the Inverrary because I wanted to be close to Sawgrass Mills and it was a wonderfull experience. The Staff was great accomodating to all my whises, and the service was like being at home with wonderfull service that made my stay a pleasure. From the maid service, to waiters, to front desk all were terrific. I definitelly recommend this hotel for staying west of Ft. Lauderdale
