Very reliable!. Whenver the alarm goes off accidentally though the monitoring center always does call to see if any help is needed. They are very reliable with doing that. The issue with the alarm possibly going off keeps me very vigilant as to what is happening and making sure I keep all my doors completley shut.

They are like a Scam. I know I got cheated with their contract. I want to cancel it, but it was unaccessible. They are like a scam!

Go and get one!. I had my ADT Pulse Interactive tool a few weeks ago. I feel relaxed now whenever my family would go on a vacation. This tool really helped me a lot since it arms or disarms your security system when you’re not at home. Calling out all families who love to go on trips, I recommend you to go get one! Go ADT Security!

also have a referral program so you can get $100 for every

person that comes through you and signs up as a new

huge mess with ADT. I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me.

Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good business sense and horrible arrogant customer service.

Give them a Call. I purchased an ADT system, it is such a great peace of mind when I go to bed or leave the house, the prices are reasonable and they are so nice to talk to, very helpful. Anyone wanting to secure their home should give them a call. I think they are great.
