Total no-call/no-show to my 3/23/13. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. Now they're not answering e-mails or phone calls for my refund after they breached their own contract. I will sue, if I have to.

Magical Plan-It was GREAT! We had them come to our wedding reception and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the booth, it may have been everyone's favorite reception activity. It also gave us some great pictures to keep for later of all of our friends and family. I would recommend using Magical Plan. They are professional and courteous, and really do try to meet every need. Alex was our service rep, and he was great. He was very helpful with all of our questions and requests, and did a great job! I would use Magical Plan-It again for another event.

I was at a wedding that used Magical Plan Photo Booth yesterday 1/5, and it was so much fun!! I must say, out of all the weddings I've attended that has had photo booths, this one by far was the most interesting. They had props which were a HUGE hit with everyone, and on top of that, their booth could fit like 8 people! I mean seriously, where can you find one like that?! I also liked the option of having the choice of picking black or white for the photos, they came out right away and the staff were so nice and interactive! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to any friends planning a wedding that wants even more lasting memories! It was just so much fun!!

Words cannot describe, nor gifts repay the amazing job Alex did for our daughter Kate and her husband Steve! From start to finish, it's in the details and Alex did not miss one... We feel truly blessed that Kate found Alex, and not only are we proud to add Steve to our family, we feel Alex is now a part of our family as well!!

Our wedding was on Nov. 17th, 2012. Bought a groupon with this company... then they called us saying "groupon" did something wrong so we had to get reimbursed from Groupon. After that happened they said they can still offer the service, just send the money directly to them. We paid them for the photo booth services months in advance. Before we paid they were insisting in their calls, after we paid it was difficult to get a hold of them. A week before the wedding I was getting concerned so tried to call them (AGAIN) a bunch of times and sent them e-mails. Finally received an e-mail two days before the wedding confirming that they were going to show up. Guess what... THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. Worst, since then we have been trying to get a hold of them to get our money back, no response…

I agree with Samantha! I have had a horrible experience with "Magical Plan-it" I paid living social and have left several emails and voicemails at "MPI". It is a major scam!! DO NOT USE! Alex finally emailed me this evening from his iphone saying he didn't honor my voucher. First thing tomorrow morning I plan on calling Living Social to get reimbursed.

The WORST company that I have ever dealt with. The people writing good reviews, I guess you were some of the lucky few. I booked a photo booth with them that I bought through Living Social months ago, and now that my wedding is coming up- they email me saying that they no longer honor the vouchers and we can pay in cash on the day of the event. Why would I pay cash if I already paid Living Social $350!? I emailed them back saying that this was ridiculous and demanded that they not breach our contract.... Desiree, in her very poor and unprofessional manner, told me that she did not want to render services to unhappy people. Why would I be a happy customer when you told me you're not going to hold your end of the contract!!!! I was never apologized to nor was I worked with. This is a business that clearly does not know how to be ran. Luckily, Living Social understood my concerns and refunded me my money. Desiree tried to blame all of the choas on Living Social, but Living Social wasn't even aware that there was something going on. To add insult, Desiree is not intelligent enough to spell correctly, or use spell check for that matter- it were as if you were arguing with your friend back when you were in middle school, NOT dealing with an alleged business. Horrible experience. Do not waste your time or money with them.

They did the uplighting for my wedding day and delivered as promised. The lights were just so beautiful and put the finishing touches on my design just as my planner said it would. They were very professional and I got to meet the president when they were picking them up at the end and thanked him myself and told him what a wonderful job the lighting designer did.

Desiree did such an amazing job at my wedding. I will say over and over that I would not have made it down the aisle without her! She not only pieced together what I've been planning but she fixed all my mistakes and pretty much was the glue on our wedding day. I don't, well I know I would not have had the amazing day I had without her. Thank you Desiree!!

I purchased a living social voucher for a photobooth from magical plan-it and booked it for my wedding this past Saturday Nov 3rd. Everything was set months ago. On early Oct I tried contacting them by phone but was never able to get an answer. Left voicemails and never recieved a call back. I decided to email them and I finally got a response. I just wanted to make sure we were on the same page and I wanted to make some changes in venue and time. They answered me back and confirmed the changes and assured me we were all set. Come the day of the wedding and THEY WERE A NO SHOW. We were unable AGAIN to reach anyone over the phone. On Monday I emailed them and they answered prompty stating the following:

Hi Tania,

I'm very sorry for the disappointment. There was an issue as the weekend approached and we are no longer accepting LivingSocial vouchers. I do apologize for the lack of notice.

That was the extent of the email from a vendor that ruined a crucial part of a someone's wedding. I think this call was very bad for business and shows that lack of commitment to their customers. Needless to say I would never recommend this vendor to anyone.
