Alpine Van Lines

Moving experience with Alpine. Our move to South Carolina would have been perfect if I had received all of my things that Alpine Van Lines contracted to move for us. The price was good, but the service was not. After my husband watched all our things from a storage facility being moved into a truck we thought we would get everything, but that was not the case. Afterwards our things were unloaded and put into another storage facility and then stuff was loaded into the truck that was to be delivered after us. All of our things did not fit in the truck so they only brought a partial load of our things. After four weeks they said they were bringing the rest of our things. Some did come, but there are still some that did not come including an antique table that is at least 200 years old. That cannot be replaced. Another, small old table, a 6' ladder (how can you miss that?), a floor fan, a couple of boxes with other misc things in it, 2 lamp shades and a step stool. Some are not valuable, but they were our things that we expected to get. I would never use this mover again and if anyone does be sure you get a good inventory of your things and be sure they don't take them off the original truck that they were put on.…

Looking for a good moving experience?. Friendly, and professional. They charged me what they said they were going to and took everything, even a little extra with out any problems. Thanks for making our move less of a hassle than it usually is.

Choose another company. If I could give this company 0 stars I sure would. They started out ok but of course they were late for the pick up of items then after the truck left we found that they left items on the side of the house that we had to figure out how to move. We were doing an out of state move and they assured us that they could handle it but I guess not. They showed up way late on the delivery and ruined almost everything they put their hands on. We have tried to communicate with the company with no such luck. They haven't been responding to emails or phone calls. They also contract out the work it isn't people who work for the company picking and dropping of your furniture. The first group that showed up had another company on their shirts all together. BEWARE: They seem nice at first with the whole we're a new company and want to prove to you how great we are! They are horrible. Save yourselves a lot of time and aggrivation and make sure not to deal with this company. One of the salesmen there is David so when he calls you just hang up.…

Great Moving Service. Alpine movers helped pack and load my moving truck when leaving the Miami area. They were punctual, friendly, and took great care in padding and boxing my valuables. I was very pleased and impressed with their efficiency and ability to make a typically stressful and draining task easy and quick.
