DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET WITH A COMPANY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! THEY CHARGE YOU MORE $ THAN AGREED UPON AND THEN THEY LAUGH AT YOU AND SAY WE HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD WE OWN YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. UNLESS YOU OLIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. car was not as ordered, and I was overcharged by 85.00 of what i was told the total would be. no one will talk to you after they have over charged you. I was not called the day before as I was told I would be with the drivers name and phone number. AGAIN DO NOT DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

GO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I hired a Rolls Royce for my wedding, confirmed a time the day before and the driver shows up two hours late! They had to start the ceremony without the bride because the church had to run on schedule. When I asked the driver what happened, he said that he was scheduled for 3pm (instead of 2pm that was agreed the day before) and showed up at 4pm blaming it on the traffic. On his way to church he missed the street! To top it all off, the company charged my credit card after I had paid for it cash!!!!!. I should not have been charged at all !!! they ruined one of the most important days of my life and I will post this review everywhere I can because no bride needs to go through such experience after all the money and time invested on planning a special day. DO NOT use this company.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered a limo and then they changed the price on us the day before. We were told our credit card would NOT be charged (as we were paying cash). NOT only did they charge our credit card 5 days before the service "would've" be rendered...they OVERCHARGED US!!!!! Now, we have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge.

They ruined what was suppose to be an awesome outing!!

RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVISE!! first they brought us the wrong party bus half the size we ordered.they stated that half way we would switch busses, An hr and half into the ride we get a flat where stuck on i95 for a while we hv to drive to ft.lauderdale where we were told we would be swaping busses when we get there we had to wait 2 hrs for the nxt bus to arrive mind you when it got there it was already 3am the new bus arrived had just dropped off a party of ppl smelled like WEED and the driver was taking us back home to west plm ,SO DISSAPOINTING IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS COMPLETLY RUIEND!! we called the company to get a refund OR TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR US they refused anfd promised me 3 free hrs .so i called today requesting our 3 hrs they denied my servise std tht we can only use them sunday - thursday due to the busy scedual on the weeken !! that is such bull i will never use this limo company EVER AGAIN ! what ever happend to good customer servise!

We will remember it forever. Our limo driver provided the wedding party first-class services on my wedding day. Everything we had hoped for in a limo services was what we received (and more). This vendor was a pleasure to work with. This vendor was a pleasure to work with. The staff was fantastic and helpful through the booking process. The price was excellent. The limo bus we rented was awesome--our bridal party loved it and we had a blast. It was clean, stocked as described, and looked just like the pictures on the website. The best part was our driver. He was incredibly friendly, very helpful, flexible, and accommodating. We had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend them.

Beware!. I asked for a 10 minute shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and they talked me into a limo for $75 dollars. I said i have alot of luggage, and they said "no problem"

Well, when they showed up, we had to shove 7 pieces of luggage IN THE LIMO! and then i was charged $125!!!

I asked for a detailed breakout and was told:

$75 for limo

Airport fees

Fuel fees

Gratuity

I shiould have just booked a $7 a person shuttle!!!

Beware of hidden fees!!!!

Millenium Limo was extremely nice and helpful. Millenium Limo was extremely nice and helpful. The driver seemed to be the lead and stayed in touch with the groom's limo to ensure he was where he needed to be. The day of my wedding, I had a change in locations that the limos had to go too. There was no problem, no extra cost, and my guests told me the chauffeurs were wonderful

Millenium Limo could not have been better. Our experience with Millenium Limo could not have been better! Ronald was so gracious and helpful every step of the way. The drivers were absolutely wonderful. I told my customers (I work at Starbucks) about them and they called them and used them for their daughter's wedding about a month and a half later. They said how grateful I mentioned them, because their vehicles gave the wedding just the right touch. That was the reason I used them. My daughter's wedding was going for the look around the 50-60s era and their cars fit that look. I would recommend them again and will use them again (I have two more daughters to marry off) when the time comes.

As for the future brides, book this one early. The sooner you have things booked it is one less thing to stress about. My daughter did most of her planning and kept it on her laptop but also a binder (she printed out everything) so she always had the information with her. She never stressed about the details because they wrote everything down. Keeping the stress off yourself will make everything so much easier.

If you need a limo, use Millenium Limo. They are professional, accessible, and most important of all caring and personal.
