Good friendly service. Called due backup waters coming in the tub. They came in fast, just 2 hours after called .. Right away took care of the problem and in minutes everything was resolve. Happy that it was resolve fast. The technician had a friendly personality and knowledge of what he was doing.

March 2012 Roto Rooter. Saturday morning, house full of out of town guests, toilets and showers back up. From the person who answered the phone to the follow up call with estimated time of arrival to Demetrius who saved the day, it was wonderful. It turned out that a seashell had fallen down the toilet and gotten wedged in the pipe. Demetrius was determined to get it out and after hard work he did. Word to the wise, remove anything and everything that could fall down the toilet away from the toilet area. Thank you for your professionalism and knowledge on how to tackle this problem. You saved the day.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/01/11. We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter plumbing service! Being new to the Fort Lauderdale area, we didn't know who to call when our pipes became clogged and the bathrooms were unusable on a Friday night. Our service tech, Roderick, came right away, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. There was no extra charge to have someone come out on a Friday night which we were very grateful for. He did a whole house drain cleaning and the house was back in running order within the hour. We are extremely happy with the service and professionalism of Roto-Rooter and highly recommend them.

Great Service. Had a very difficult clog - everything was backing up.

The Roto-Rooter technician #1229 (Demitrius) showed up and was the best! He was professional, friendly and totally professional. He worked for over 3.5 hours and we were just about to give up when he said "let me try one more time" And then everything worked. We owe it all to his tireless efforts.

The Best Roto Man that I have ever met. Roto Rooter sent Roderick Peterson, he was knowledgeable, professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. Your company has one outstanding employee that I had the pleasure of meeting under a horrible circumstance. He put me at ease and showed up way before the appointment time. Whew, thanks a million.

Wonderful service!. The service Roto-Rooter provided was excellent. They showed up at the early side of my time window, were helpful, effective and friendly. They successful solved the problem in my bathroom and gave me tips to ensure it does not happen again. I was very pleased with with the experience and I will use them again if needed. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Feb 3, 2011. We needed a plumber in Fort Lauderdale.

Roto-Rooter sent us two fantastic guys - Jeff, who diagnosed a root bound storm drain and then Fred, who came with the powerful pressure nozzle and chewed through those palm tree roots like a Tazmanian devil!

They were efficient, neat and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jeff and Fred!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain. Our bathrooms and sinks were clogged, mind you on a sunday morning, bathroom and shower not draining. My sister recommeded I call Roto-Rooter, and in about and hour and a half we had a super nice service tech named Jose at our door. Along with his assistant, job well done.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 12-24-2010. We had a clogged kitchen sink on Christmas Eve and called RotoRooter. The plumber Demetrius from Roto-Rooter in Fort Lauderdale was over in less than an hour. He cleqared the clog and was friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable as well.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers- 11/21/2010. Our guest bathroom has been giving us problems for years, but today was the worst. We decided to call Roto-Rooter. The tech was here within an hour, on a SUNDAY non the less, and was able to define and fix our problem in less than an hour. The price was affordable and we are really happy with the out come! Wish we had called them earlier!
