Last week, we had a new air conditioning system put in our home. We put a lot of research into this effort. But it was the professionalism of all of the team members at Air America that helped us decided to employ your company to serve our needs.

From Brad the initial salesman to Jennifer and Noah in the office and subsequently Chris and Willie the installation team and then the weekend backup tech Eric…..everyone was there for us each step of the way.

The installation was done carefully with full attention to cleaning up afterwards. Chris and Willie took time, as did Eric to answer all of our questions.

Thank you Air America. We would highly recommend your services to those looking to purchase a new A/C system.

Recently in early June 2012, I had an a/c unit replaced. I choice Air America and was glad that I did. The service representative Jason was very up front about what was wrong. He gave honest and knowledgeable solutions to the problem. The installation crew was just as knowledgeable, courteous and above board as well. Doug Martin spotted another problem that could have been very costly and brought that to my attention before proceeding with the installation which he didn’t have to say one word about at all. Thanks to him and his crew member Jermaine that alert saved me more expense in the long run. Air America in my opinion should be commended for its work ethics and reliable/creditable staff for their areas of expertise in their different areas of air conditioning. I will continue in the future to do business with this company when the need arises. I have contracted them for their 10-10-10 warranty policy of coverage.

on june 23,i had service on my a/c,the two young gentleman that came,were not the techs.i was exoecting,this was to my benefit,the tech the day before wanted to send me to the poor house,his est.was $1600.00.the two young men that did my service were total gentlemen,they did an excelant job,cleaned yp after themselves and are a credit to your orginization,they also found a short in my t’stat and took care of it.plus the saved me $1100.

THANK YOU FOR SENDING THESE TWO PROFESIONALS TO MY HOME. THEY WERE GREAT.

Early June, I had a 3 ton Trane 16 seer A/C unit installed in my home. May I express my extreme satisfaction with both your salesman & your installation team.

I looked at other companies but found them either vague, overpriced, or not knowledgeable. the other finalist who installed my previous two units, had the inside shot but dropped the ball. They advised me that I needed $1000 worth of duct work, but were only $800 more than your quote, since I was a PREFERRED customer. Your sales rep, Michael Beamer

gained my confidence. He had a shirt with company logo, a face with a smile, & direct answers in a professional low key charisma. He even came back a 2nd time to go up in the

attic to see if my job did require $1,000 of duct work. Michael said we have minor repair concerns, but covered in the quote. He gave me his personal cell number, stating that if i have any future concerns, run it by him.

Now for the installation. Your team of Doug Martin & Jermaine showed up promptly at 8AM. Right after Doug rang my bell & introduced themselves, they were men of action.

they put down drop cloths, had all their goodie bags & accessories lined up, brought their ladder & did their Dog & Pony show. they didn’t even break for lunch. Jermaine asked me for

some garbage bags so they could clean up after. They didn’t finish until 4PM when I sat down with Doug to sign papers at the kitchen table. Besides showing my wife & I how to use the programmable thermostat, & showed us the air was reaching the farthest bedroom, he explained his findings up in the attic near the air handler, so we could better appreciate what really was an excellent installation. Doug even helped me understand how they responded & complied with the extras that company Y was including.

I would not hesitate to reccommend Air America to my friends & neighbors. With all that being said, please don’t let me down in the future. Remember, it’s hard to stop a Trane.
