I would like to express my appreciation for the great work done by your employees, Mr. Scott Humphrey and Mr. Arthur Lodato.

Mr. Humphrey helped me to choose right AC unit and took great care of ordering and installing the unit. The quality of work is very high.

Mr. Arthur Lodato did a set-up for the unit and gave me comprehensive explanations on how to use and take care of my new Carrier Heat Pump.

Great and Dependable Service

We would like to THANK the Wonderful Team at Air America. With Special Thanks to Pat, who handled the Proposal and Contract with such care and concern, and Doug Martin and Tito who arrived ’punctual at 8 am and handled the installation of the NEW A/C with ease added with their wonderful and caring experties. As a Landlord of mulitple properties, this is our Second Unit installed by Air America. Our first unit was installed in July. A few months after the installation our tenant called and was concerned that something was wrong. We immediately called Air America at 6 pm, in hopes of leaving a message for a return call the following day. Instead we got this ’Unbelievable Answering Service’, who took the time to get all our information in detail and then had someone call us back within minutes. Air America scheduled someone to be there at 8 the next morning. Again, they arrived ’on time and took care of the situation without any aggravation or involvment needed from us’. Truly an amazing company, GREAT PRICE, FAST and DEPENDABLE Service, and WONDERFUL and CARING People.

They were her early, very polite and pleasant and made this a really painless process. Also Dominic Manzo, your sales rep was wonderful and clearly outlined my alternatives to me. He also made a last-minute Sunday visit to do the estimate. I will certainly recommend you!

Mr. William Underwood came out on a very bad situation with a rip off company from Miami, Mr Underwood was very kind and knowledgeable and should be acknowledged for that. Second on 10/29/2011 a installer named Mike and his partner,these two workers I can not say enough good things on their behalf, kind, courteous, knowledgable, friendly, which made my experience with your company a great experience, they should be commended highly.
