We had our total a/c system replaced today. The installers were on time as was the crane operator. The installation went very smoothly and Tito and Mark were very proficient and friendly. They answered all of my questions and explained everything.

They also cleaned out our ducts and we are now looking forward to better air.

Tito & Mark cleaned up the house after the installation and left right when they said that the job would be completed.

Air America handled the entire operation with class (diagnosis, estimate, installation, cleanup). Thanks Glenn Anderson

Helped Our Kids Sleep Better. Today, we had our AC replaced and all of the moldy ducts in the house replaced. (HVAC) Our kids will sleep better tonight as it was really affecting their asthma, but we did not know the extent of the damage.

Mark, Doug and Jermaine did an AWESOME job, they were very professional, answred questions and made no mess!!

THANKS for the great work.

Cutting corners cost me money, and them a customer.. These folks had a decent price and install however post install problems left me sour. What happened: A small (less than 5') piece of wiring between my new thermostat and my new a/c unit was not replaced during the install. This would have been super easy at that time. Unfortunately this caused a communication problem between the thermostat and a/c unit = no a/c.

They sent out a technician who was not able to troubleshoot without telephone assistance and the end result was a bill for several hundred dollars. They did not even replace the wire, merely used another strand next to the one that failed. Wonder how long that will last.

If a job is worth doing it is worth doing right, these were nice folks that should have gone the extra 5' to be sure i was OK, I bet the wire would have cost < $2.00 and taken all of 10 minutes to replace during the install, if nothing else they should have replaced it at no charge after it failed.

Kept Their Word. Dear Scott: When my A/C failed, the first thought that came to my mind was ”who is Reliable”? Who will keep their word, fix the problem quickly and give great customer service. In a day and age where good communication and great service is a lost art, I am happy to have found Air America A/C. They have old world courtesy with expertly trained staff.

Thank You

Sincerely

Deborah Rossi
