DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! This place is not worth a dime or worth your time. Do NOT go there. I brought my 5-year old son in to play during the "Pop-in playtime". The clerk at the desk asked me to wait at the front until 1 pm, while they finished up some parties, then we could go on back. I did as asked and went back after 1. About 30 minutes in, I saw a little boy pound a little girl in her head and tried to let the parent know. Rather than show concern for the child she started grilling me about whether or not I was part of their party. I said no, but I paid to come in. Thus began a 15 minute ordeal between the angry parents, the teenage party attendants, and I finally asked for the manager. The manager comes in, and before even asking why she was summoned proceeded to tell me I was infringing on a private party! I berated her for her handling of the situation, told her I would NEVER returned and asked for a refund during which she walked away. I will tell everyone I come into contact with to run the other way. If there was such a thing as negative stars, that's what they would get from me.

RIP OFF. I will be contacting corporate as well. They overcharged me 177.00. What a crock. These people are theives and I will be sure to get my money back. Also, when was the last time they cleaned there rugs. The place smelled like dirty feet! TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT.

Better check your receipts. While we all had a good time at our son's birthday party, I have to say it was disturbing to see that we were overcharged and that the owner was very reluctant to refund the overage. I had to contact the franchise corporate headquarters and get them to intervene twice to get my overcharge back. I did hear that the place has just changed ownership so maybe the new owners will be better about that.
