Beautiful and Clean Nail Spa, Great location.... I have been to this nail spa on two occasions. My first experience was ok but not excellent. I was a walk -in for a mani & pedi. I was attended by a male who was more interested in watching the TV screen than focusing on the client. Also rushed throught the process and did not pay attention to detail when polishing nails. Polish looked streaky and uneven. Did not clean cuticle and sides well, he also layered it so thick it almost never dried.

I decided to give it a second chance...also got another male (someone else) to do my mani and pedi. He did an excellent job as far as technique. Paid great attention to deatail, took his time, made polish look even, he cleaned sides & cuticle well. Great mani and pedi but he had ZERO personality. Had a flat affect the entire time, not friendly, minimal eye contact, and no conversation. Service felt cold and a bit uncomfortable.

Not sure if I will be returning. I love the Salon and its location. I like the flexibity to be a walk-in and the short wait time, but I have not been able to find the perfect nail tech. yet. Tons of people work there, so I might consider giving it one more shot someday with a new tech.
