I wish I could rate them a zero. Worst online experience ever. Pretty much the same as everyone else. I got a confirmation email but 3 weeks later no indication that anything is going to be shipped. Emailed them again and they said I would get item in 3-10 business days. After that passed I emailed again and they said it was on backorder. I emailed again and told them to cancel and refund to my credit card. Will it happen? I don't know.

I am going to dispute the transaction with the credit card company and also submit a consumer complaint to the state attorney general's office.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Placed a rather large order with Ace online. Never heard anything back from them for several weeks. When I sent an email inquiry I was told that a few of the items I ordered were on back-order and would not be shipped for another 10 days. Since I needed the product as soon as possible (workers were literally waiting in my house to start projects that were dependent on the materials in the order), I asked that they ship what they had in stock, while waiting for the back-order shipment. A few days later, I was sent a one line email saying they weren't willing to assist. After waiting another 10 days, I emailed them again to check on the status of the order, only to get another one line email several days later, stating that it would be another 10-14 days. I sent an email of extreme dissatisfaction to them, for which they seemed to care less. Ultimately, I just requested a refund. Thanks Ace for wasting nearly 2 months of my time! Hope you guys go out of business.

SCAM FAKE LOSER BAIT AND SWITCH. Negative stars should be enabled on all customer review sites just for this company.

Bad experience doesn't come close. bait and switch is the business they are in, and I hope they all die of cancer for agreeing to terms and then attempting to change those terms.

Their website is also now being blocked by google search and warning that it will put a virus on your computer.

If you trust these people with an order, you deserve to deal with the inevitable frustration.

This scum should be in jail.

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!. This company knowingly misrepresents itself to the customer to scam them. They are nasty rude people, Michelle especially so. They lie to you to get you to place an order and then they don't have it. They still charge your credit card for the items and good luck trying to get your money back. They deserve ZERO stars. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. Any 4 or 5 star rating is FAKE!!!! Look online...they have a long track record of ripping off people.

Check other review sites. The reason Acehardwaresuperstore gets better ratings here is because of the padded reviews. The 5 star reviewers have only reviewed this site. They are phoney.

My experience with the company was definitely 1 star.

Worst Online Shopping Experience. I would give them zero stars if I could. I contacted them with a concern regarding my order when I placed it, asking them not to ship if it couldn't be resolved. I never heard back from them, even though it took almost a week for them to actually dispatch the order.

When it arrived, the product was not as represented on their website. They responded once, unhelpfully, to an email requesting a return authorization. They have ignored follow-up emails.

The bad service and incompetence alone would be enough to warrant a single-star rating; ignoring emails from customers is shockingly bad business. I'm surprised they stay afloat.

Take your money elsewhere. You might have to pay a few bucks more than the price they list, but when they can't deliver the proper product or even bother to respond to customer concerns, it's not worth it to shop with these hacks.

Total Service. They always come threw for me everytime I order on their website. From beginning to end I get what I want and generally on time. Shipping could be cheaper but I love the total service I get.
