I feel comfortable knowing that my family is protected with a Gillette Insurance policy. The agents are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I like that I can go to one place for all of my financial planning needs.

Awesome insurance company! I have been with them for 15 years.

Just had a claim when I was driving a rented ORV type vehicle and I sideswiped a rock. Rental company wanted to be paid for having the whole frame replaced for just under $5,000, even through the vehicle was fully functional, and the vehicle cost only $14,000 new. I didn't even call Gillette Insurance for 3 days because no way did I think this vehicle was covered. Talked to 3 attorney's and the second one is the one who told me to check with my insurance company.

I seriously doubt that most other insurance companies would let your coverage for your car, that extends to any car you are driving, include a Kawasaki Teryx. Just ask 'em! When I called VISA to use their credit card insurance top-up for covering CDW etc, but oh no, they would not cover an unusual vehicle like that, even though it was registered street-legal, 4-person, etc.

On top of that, the service from Gillette Insurance was outstanding. The small rental company did some unusual things, wanted only to be paid by me (would not accept payment from an insurance company). Gillette Insurance talked directly to the business owner, and to me and worked it out.

We were considering cancelling our comprehensive part of our insurance, because all our vehicles are now pretty old (more than 10 years, more than 100,000 miles). After this experience I will always keep comprehensive on at least one vehicle.

These guys are really great and trustworthy!

Our apartment flooded last month so we really had experienced water damage in our place. We called them and they came in quickly. Dwight and his team arrived on time. They were very professional and they have fixed the entire damage brought by the water. Although it was our to deal with this kind of situation. They’ve made it easy and painless for us. I highly recommend this company.

Gillette Insurance Agency walked me through the whole process and helped me select plans based on what I asked for-Gillette Insurance Agency emailed me their top recommendations after telling them about my background and how much I was willing to pay per month. They also talked me through the plans over the phone, and followed up a few times via email to check in on my progress with the application.

The service was very high quality and free (yes, they get a commission, but it's one I'm more than willing to contribute to). I'm fortunate to have stumbled across these guys…
