Service Master Clean was wonderful to work with. They were able to come out same day and give an estimate, with the work performed only days later. The craftsmanship on the job was top notch and I am more than happy with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

They were on time and my carpet looks new and smells fresh. They use cinnamon in the cleaning solution which makes your house smell delicious. They were very careful with my furnishings and walls and it was obvious that they take pride in their works.

Mr. Reed is consummate professional and an all around good guy. We had an unexpected water leak from the condo upstairs at 2am, Mr. Reed and his helper were at our door in less than 1 hour. My son has asthma and we were concerned about the dust, insulation, and whatever else was being removed and blown around from the damaged area, Mr. Reed went above and beyond to address our concern by containing the area and bringing in a separate "air scrubber" with a HEPA filter. Over the course of 3-4 days while the area was drying out Mr. Reed came back and checked the progress several times.

I can't speak to the cost of his services because this was an insurance job, but whatever his fees are, he earned it. It's so hard to find people who take pride in their work and have such integrity.

These guys are really great and trustworthy!

Our apartment flooded last month so we really had experienced water damage in our place. We called them and they came in quickly. Dwight and his team arrived on time. They were very professional and they have fixed the entire damage brought by the water. Although it was our to deal with this kind of situation. They’ve made it easy and painless for us. I highly recommend this company.

The Best Damage Restoration Company We have had a slab leak in our study room that also spread to other parts of our ground floor. Our technician from Service Master was quick, thorough and professional. He was very dear in what he was going to do – setting up the air movers, dehumidifier, cutting up our walls, etc. He was also to reach and would keep in touch to let me know when I could expect him at our house.

Dwight at Service Master Clean is fantastic. We were doing the mold remediation ourselves, and he still came and gave us detailed advice about how to proceed to pass the clean air test. We rented the air scrubber and de-humidifier from Service Master Clean. They were timely, flexible, and personable. They worked hard to make sure we passed with a clean bill of health. I would definitely recommend them.

Some places like DryFast have an initial lower price, but by the time you add filters and deliveries, Service Master Clean is a better value for the dollar. Plus, the extra advice was very valuable.

These guys are great. Our place was flooded last month and they came in very quick as when I called them, they were professional and most importantly fixed all the water damage! Luckily, it was the first time I ever had to deal with water damage, but they made it easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs it.

Having worked with Service Master by Reed on several projects in the past few months I must continue to express how great their service and staff is! They go above and beyond what is expected, and every client that they have interacted with has had nothing but good things to say about them. In closing, Service Master offers a level of service that meets or exceeds larger competitors, while still offering that one to one personal relationship that is so hard to find these days!
