Great Service, Well Trained and manner Wait Staff. I have dined at Cero numerous times. From the Valet to the hostess, the Sommilier - waiters - management - AWESOME!

Out of the 15-18 times I have patronized Cero I have never left let down. I am a local who travels a lot for work. Cero exceeds my dining experiences in NYC, BOS, Chicago, San Francisco and many European cities. What I truly love is the "no rush" way of dining. The tables are set apart from each other that you can talk and no one over hears your conversation. The wine list is great and honestly priced, Cocktails are generous and perfect. The Best Martini in Fort Lauderdale.

This is not the Gansevoort, this is traditional elegance with a sophistication that perhaps only the Mandarin in Miami can match.

A BIG Let Down. We stayed at the Ritz and made reservations to the Cero for a three course meal. Our restaurant reservation was confirmed that afternoon and when we got there we were told that menu option was no longer available. They should have mentioned that when they called us to confirm.

We decided to still dine there, but it was a let down. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not even full. It took 10-15 minutes to get a SODA refill or anything else we asked for.

We ordered the Paella, where we found a so called "MUD CLAM". For a restaurant of this caliver, this clam should not have passed their quality control. This was pointed out to one of the managers and all he did was apologize. When the bill came we were given a marshmallow and some small cookies and they said "compliments of the chef"! How about a real dessert or discount of the bill? They really need to improve their customer service.
