They know how to burn crust.
It is funny how two people can have such a different opinion of a restaurant. My wife absolutely loves this place and thinks their pizza is the best. I think it is one of the worst I have ever tasted. Let me qualify my beautiful wife's taste by letting you know she loves burned food...blackened, burned, you name it. To me that is odd and makes me think they do not like the flavors they are eating because there is a need to burn them away. Different strokes...but if that is you...then Liguor's is for you. Even if I ask them NOT to burn it...they can't. Their wood fired oven only has one heat...and that is 100%. I give them a low review because of my experience where even if you ask for it not to be burned..they cannot accomdate. If you can cook a pizza, you should be able to not burn the crust if someone asks...they are stymied by that order. By the way, I have been dragged here about 5 times...so this complaint is not a one time experience.
