I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated all you`ve done. When my flea problem was bad, you came out for free and resprayed. You were always very understanding and friendly and I appreciate your integrity.

The place seems clean and luxurious BUT that's about it. The guy and girl at the front desk seem miserable. Actually, when the guy took my payment weeks in advance, he was extremely friendly. When I dropped my dog off, there was a lady who never even looked at me and the guy wasn't friendly.

I called twice while I was away to check on my dog. I stated my name and my dog's name and his answer both calls was "uh huh" almost like I was bothering him. I wondered if the guy even knew who my dog was?

Days after I picked my dog up, I called to see about a credit because my dog didn't stay as long as planned. I spoke with the guy and introduced myself and my dog who had stayed there, again, his attitude was "uh huh"....wonder if he even knew who my dog was? I wonder if he even likes dogs?

I will definitely not be using the credit and I should have listened to a friend who warned me I wouldn't like this place, they're "stuck up."

LUXE NAIL SALON. I have been getting my nail done at Luxe nail salon with Nila over 2 monts. she is from Turkey she is wonderfull personality and she dose a perfectioon job. But last sunday I went their again Nila wasn,t their I try the Lory OMG she full the pedicure chair and inside hase alot of some one,s skin she didint even clean the pedicure top. she put alot of blu solt to try to cover up and finis my pedicure 17 minute. I fell horribel Lory hase very bad attitude also WHO OWN THE SALON NAME WAS ALEHANDRA was wery nasty i miss NILA SO MUCH I guess why NILA left she is so sewet I hope I will find NILA i will ever go back LUXE NAIL SALON AGAIN.

Chateau Poochie Dog Hotel. Love this groomer!! My dog looks great and smells really clean. Owner and groomers were very friendly with me and my dog. I`m telling all my friends to go to Chateau Poochie Dog Hotel!

satisfied and happy customer. I met the staff at chateau poochie over the summer and have grown accustomed to their fun activities and play sessions for my 2 yr old yorki Sammy. I've had my pup in daily daycare for several months and notice a definite change in how he interacts and socializes with other dogs. It's a big improvement to having my dog stay at home and ive enjoyed watching him on the live doggie cams. While the staff is very caring they seem to be in an eccentric dog niche or dogs world which is quite amusing. I guess dogs come first at chateau poochie. I got an answer to all my unusual dog questions that I was in the dark about. I've occasionally left my dog for overnite stays and have been satisfied with the staffs daily reports on sammys activities and habits.. It's made me comfortable knowing he's being watched and not locked in a cage. Overall I'd say this place is one of the best with level of care and services. Especially for palm beach area. Poochie limo service door to door was a major decision maker for me.

AMAZING PET CARE and BOARDING!!!. I had a great experience boarding my great Dane chops and my Lab Coco !! I had my dogs stay at chateau pooch over thankgiving. It was any easy decision after viewing many Miami facilities that were just avg or regular kennels. When I toured chateau poochie I was blown away by the hotel room-like accommodations and services they offered for dogs. It sounded unreal. My dogs stayed 3 nites and every day had a gourmet meal cooked by their chef... Almost like they were at home or even better! They had daily daycare and training which made ms happy knowing they were active. I'm booking again for new years and am becoming a very loyal fan and customer .. Of course with my doggies best interest always in mind. Well worth the distance for piece of mind !!!

Happy Poochies. Before going on our family vacation my wife researched and visited a number of dog hotels and pet lodging options in the area and nothing compared to chateau poochie. The amenities, personal care and dog cameras were a major plus, especially for our kids...being able to watch our 2 pups.

When it came time for us to go on our vacation to europe we checked in our dogs at chateau poochie and were at ease knowing they were in gd hands. We took advantage of their services and indulged our pups in daycare, facials and massages.... and were more than pleased when we returned to find our dogs happy and healthy.

We will definitely return again!!

I was a real customer. I am not a friend of the owners and have talked to a few people who had the same problems with this place. They look great on the outside but if you don't have a little dog or a dog who loves being boarded this is not the place for your dog.

My dog came home from there very stressed out and lost 10 pounds in one week. They have many rules like you can't bring your dogs blanket and charge you for eveything. There's even a charge to aggrivate your dog to see if it's aggresive. I was so happy that I found a place that is MUCH better than them and even has an inside pool. They care, are cheaper and will do anything to make you and your dog feel comfortable. They even have a vet on staff and camera's everywhere. Oh yes and tv's too! Try Coral Springs Pet Resort & Medical Center. I will never go anywhere else, my dog only lost 2 lbs in a week there. I hope this helps people who really love thier pets.

Great place for Dog boarding near Boca Raton. Very neat place. Kept my golden there during holiday break and new years. It was great to see him on the webcams as well as getting him his normal meals and meds. very comfortable traveling knowing he was under good care. It seems to be a new business so i'm sure it will take time in a recession to get rolling but its a $2m facility and nothing like it!!! It was a packed house when I checked my dog in so looking gd! gd luck 2 CP

Well Worth the Money. Chateau Poochie is well worth the extra money. It is marketed towards people with money and can spend it on their pet. The staff goes way beyond to make sure your pet is taken care of. I have been many times and will never take my dog anywhere else! By far the best place in South Florida.
